★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Laptop didn't charge. They fixed it but since then the fan doesn't work and there is no cooling. Plus they broke the lock for the screen so it cannot be closed properly.

But gotta big up Duk pc. They helped me with my gpu cooling. And now my pc works nice, fast and silent.
I thought I was gonna have to spend crazy money on a new or used gpu but instead I payed a pretty affordable price for the fix.
Great English speaking technician helped a lot. Walking through each troubleshoot, fix and test. Also providing alternate affordable upgrade options.

Here is one worker who can speak decent english and is also really knowledgeable. He explained me what has to be done to fix the problem and also told me directly the price, which was very reasonable. The laptop was ready to pick up the next day. Thank you!
