★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Včera,při návštěvě pacienta,byl na směně velice nepříjemný a arogantní personál sester......Docela nás to zarazilo....pokud je to nebaví a nemají úctu k lidem,kterým zbývají poslední týdny života,nemají tam co dělat....
Je to smutné a zarážející......

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My osobně jsme měli s hospicem ty nejlepsi zkusenosti. O otce se postarali, jak nejlepe to bylo v jeho situaci mozne, personal se k nam vzdycky choval mile a ohleduplne. Az me zarazi ten negativni komentar zde, ale rekla bych, ze slo o nejakou nemilou souhru nahod, coz se bohuzel taky nekdy stava. Nikdy jsme opravdu nemeli duvod k sebemensi stiznosti.
We personally had the best experience with the hospice. They took care of his father as best he could in his situation, the staff always treated us kindly and considerately. I am struck by the negative comment here, but I would say that it was a nice interplay of coincidences, which unfortunately sometimes happens. We never really had a reason to complain.
