★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mám známé co bydlí o pár metrů dál a tedy i o několik metrů od kolejí dál ale ten hluk který jde od některých vlaku je až moc velký některé novější vlaky co jezdí jsou relativně tiché ale většina ne. Projekt bych spíš pojmenoval dům pod mostem. Sam projekt vypada zajímavé ale dávat 10milionu nebo i vic za to ze bydlíte skoro na nádraží tak není úplně ono. Jediný plus je ze to mate kousek od naplavky a od centra.
I know what lives a few meters away and therefore a few meters from the tracks, but the noise that comes from some trains is too big some newer trains that run are relatively quiet but most do not. I would rather name the project the house under the bridge. The project itself looks interesting, but giving 10 million or more for living almost at the station is not quite that. The only plus is that it is a short distance from the float and from the center.
