Repair garmin vivoactive 4 - broken display + damaged strap. 23.6. - watch sent 17.7. - The Lord called me about the condition: a new bracelet is ordered, the glass is replaced immediately (he has a spare with him) 27.7. - I'm writing a report. Answer: Waiting for parts 10.8. - I 'm writing a report because it' s been a long time. Answer: waiting for the display because the Lord found out that in the end he didn't even have a display (he could have let me know about this fact, as it will of course quite affect the repair time) 10.8 - 16.8 the display did not come and from 16.8 the Lord has a holiday so again nothing. 2.9. I am writing a message: Answer: the display should arrive soon 13.9 - the same, he should arrive every day 22.9 - After a long time, the Lord himself wrote to me and informed me that the package with spare parts was lost. (package should be resent and arrive within 2 weeks) 14.10 - I'm writing a report on how things are: Answer: none 26.10 - I am writing a message: Answer: none 1.11 - The Lord writes that the watch is repair. Price: 2450 CZK 5.11 - I have my watch with me (after 135 days) I know that a lot has gone wrong, there was a lot of coincidence and unhappiness in it, in any case, more than the length of the repair, I am bothered by communication with the customer. And that's in the first place isn't it? Or at least some compensation, with such an approach, the customer will not return, and probably not me. Anyway, the display still holds, looks great, and I hope it takes a long time.

So far, I have to say a great deal. We'll see, but it works well for me. Mr. Váňa corrected my navigation everything OK to number one. More such willing people.

Worse service, phone several times on the spot, the only thing so long, bad agreement (When you give someone your phone a day or more, you expect that they will have an accurate estimate of how long it takes and that they will really let you know when it's done). At the same time, after replacing the display, my key function stopped working because the component was probably damaged during the replacement. I won't waste time with this anymore. Terrible. Even the people who picked up the package here said they did not want to come here because the owner was unpleasant and arrogant.
