Bylo mi řečeno že telefon je úplně v pořádku.no nebyl!!! Well, I bought a Lenovo Vibe shot for 1590 CZK, and for two weeks I complained about it for a month. I was waiting. No one answered my phone, let alone an e-mail. I got it myself. I was told that the phone is completely fine. It was not !!!

Tři osoby vypadající jako po lobotomii a tvářící se jako prodavači vás s arogancí a nezájmem osloví co teda jako chcete. Poté co jim sdělíte že máte rezervaci z internetu se s vámi ještě skoro pohádají, že na internetu nic takového není ! Po celou dobu co vás nechají stát v rohu, jak psa se vesele baví mezi sebou, občas něco zašeptají na vaši adresu... Prostě banda neprofesionálních individuí. Pokud by neměli telefon, který je jinde nesehnatelný odešel bych okamžitě z místa třeba na město, nechat se okrást nebo aspoň zmlatit místními nepřizpůsobiví občany pro zlepšení nálady... Představoval bych si jiné jednání, když jim tam člověk nechá skoro 30 tisíc ... Rada pro ostatní ... volejte radši z okna než jít na pobočku těchto arogantních rádoby prodejců. Slečna na druhé pokladně byla také velice příjemná a bylo vidět, že se vyznají. Super servis, osobní přístup ? Perfect approach, very skilled and helpful technician. Mr. Jakub explained everything to me at the box office, advised me and then solved it with me for my benefit. The young lady at the other box office was also very nice and could be seen to confess. Personál je velice ochotný a příjemný. Prodejci mají velice profesionální přístup. Dokáží na každý problém najít řešení. I místní technici jsou špičkou ve svém oboru. Při vyzvednutí zboží mě bylo řečeno ze není nabité takže si ho nemůžu vyzkoušet ale bude to prej v pohodě. Doma při zapnutí je přes celou obrazovku čára takže nefunkční část obrazovky a nejde číst text . I was here for the first and last time. I booked the goods over the internet because I'm far away. You cannot call or write to the branch. When picking up the goods, I was told that it is not charged, so I can't try it, but it will be fine. At home when turned on there is a full screen line so the part of the screen is broken and the text cannot be read.

Dost jsem přemýšlela odkud to koupit, a i přes nějaké nepříliš pozitivní recenze jsem to chtěla prubnout. Rychlá komunikace a slušné chování mě potěšilo, jelikož jednat se mnou není zrovna nejpříjemnější. (Jsem zmatkař) Ale vzhledem k tomu, že se vše rychle vyřešilo mohu obchod doporučit.
