Zato slečna nebo snad paní Zuzana ta teda umí otáčet oči v sloup. Najděte si jinou práci i když se do této bandy ignorantů vlastně hodíte perfektně. Přišla jsem do prodejny s Ruckusem a žádala, aby vyzkoušeli jiný kabel, protože se starým zařízení nefungovalo. Prodavačka tvrdila, že nefunguje ani s novým kabelem. Doma jsem pak zkusila kabel z podobného zařízení, a Ruckus fungoval. Dnes jsem si tam tedy koupila náhradní kabel a televize mi konečně jde. Personál v této prodejně je nejspíš neinformovaný, co se týče zařízení, která používají. Perfektní zkušenost naproti tomu mám s O2 v Jihlavě. I am very dissatisfied with this place. Počínaje telefonním číslem po adresu bydliště a datum narození. Je tam pět stolků, ale v sobotu dopoledne jedna obsluhující a fronta zákazníků, kteří poslouchají, jak ostatní řeší veřejně své problémy. Ve všední den obsluhovaly dvě prodavačky. Proč tolik stolků. Pobočka se chlubí novým designem. V době pandemie nezajištěné odstupy, ale možnost by byla, je tu dost místa. Někteří zákazníci odešli kvůli čekání. Byla jsem tu dvakrát a to mi stačilo, potřetí už sem ztrácet čas nepůjdu.Obsluhující je milá a ochotná, ale to je tak všechno. Personal data of customers are not protected at this store. Dnešní návštěva s reklamací telefonu, kdy konzultant nevěděl co má dělat, údajně mu nešel systém požadoval k reklamovanemu telefonu krabičku protože neví IMEI telefonu, což je absolutní kravina když IMEI je na šuplíku SIM karty a na prodejním dokladu, jen nevěděl jak má zadat, s tím ze máme telefon dodnest v týdnu aby se na nej podíval technik….Zbytečná cesta, jsem zvědav kolikrát ji budeme muset absolvovat….
