★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Již několik let navštěvuji prodejnu BestMobil Jihlava. Jelikož jsem fanda mobilních technologií a pravidelně měním telefony, jsem poměrně častým zákazníkem. Musím jen a jen chválit. Profesionáiní, vstřícná a přátelská obsluha ochotná řešit vaše problémy a přání. Solidní nabídka jak telefonů, tak příslušenství za podstatně zajímavější ceny oproti konkurenci. Co nemají, rádi objednají, komunikace perfektní. Rychlý servis. Vždy ochota domluvit se ke spokojenosti obou stran a s tím se dnes jen tak nesetkáte. Přestěhování na Komenského 27. této prodejně vemi prospělo, koneckonců přesvědčte se sami a navštivte BestMobil Jihlava.
I have been visiting BestMobil Jihlava for several years. Being a fan of mobile technology and changing phones regularly, I am a fairly frequent customer. I just have to praise. Professional, helpful and friendly service willing to solve your problems and wishes. A solid offer of both phones and accessories at significantly more attractive prices than the competition. What they do not like to order, communication perfect. Fast service. Always willingness to agree to the satisfaction of both parties and with it today just barely meet. Moving to Komensky 27 has benefited greatly in this store, after all, see for yourself and visit BestMobil Jihlava.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutní nespokojenost. S ničím podobným jsem se ještě nesetkal. Třeba si hoši vybrali jen slabou chvilku, když tady vidím jak jste všichni spokojení, ale jejím výsledkem je totálně dodrbanej telefon za 13 tis. Nedoporučuji a byl jsem moc zklamán. Zničí mi telefon a vrátí mi pár stovek za opravu s konstatováním že závadu nelze opravit ?takže mi chrochtá mikrofon, nelze se připojit k PC atd. A to jsem tam byl jen kvůli výměně nabíjecího obvodu ?hádat se s nikým nebudu ale už nikdy víc.
Absolute dissatisfaction. I've never seen anything like it before. Maybe the guys chose only a little while, when I see how satisfied you are all, but the result is totally crunched phone for 13 thousand. I do not recommend and I was very disappointed. It destroys my phone and returns me a few hundreds for repair, stating that the defect cannot be fixed ? so my grunt microphone, I can't connect to a PC etc. And I was there just to change the charging circuit ? arguing with anyone but never again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Před časem jsem nechával na telefonu měnit rozbitý dotyk, po návratu byl telefon v katastrofálním stavu. Display byl po okrajích vysvícený, jako kdyby byl použit z jiného již použitého telefonu a okraj totálně ušpiněný od lepidla nebo nějaké folie, která nešla sundat. Před 14 dny jsem dotek měnil znovu (sestra s telefonem hodila o zem) a i přesto, že nový display byl objednán z aliexpresu a měnil jsem ho sám, dosáhl jsem 1000x lepších výsledků = jako nový... (což nelze říci o telefonu, který jsem nechával opravit v BM. BTW v BM za 2000 Kč doma za 400 Kč.... (škoda, že nemám fotky).
Pro nenáročné zákazníky, co se spokojí s o*e*á*k*u: doporučuji
Some time ago I had a broken touch on the phone, the phone was in a disastrous state after returning. The display was illuminated at the edges, as if it had been used from another already used phone and the edge was totally dirty from glue or some foil that could not be removed. 14 days ago I changed the touch again (the nurse with the phone tossed the ground) and even though the new display was ordered from aliexpres and I changed it myself, I achieved 1000x better results = as new ... (which can't be said about the phone that I had it repaired in BM BTW in BM for 2000 CZK at home for 400 CZK .... (pity I don't have photos).
For undemanding customers, what happens with o * e * á * k * u: recommend
