★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Klinika je krásná, přístup doktorky i sestřičky byl super. Milé, všechno vysvětlí. Ale jejich ceny mi přijdou, jako šílený přepal. Dát za vyšetření kočky, která zvrací skoro 10 je opravdu moc. Přijde mi, že z lidí tahají peníze.
 The clinic is beautiful, the doctor's and nurse's approach was great. Dear, he will explain everything. But their prices come to me, like a madman. It is really too much to give for the examination of a cat that vomits almost 10. It occurs to me that people are taking money from people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Museli jsme začít chodit jinam. Vzdy kdyz zavolám, ze potřebuji pejska ošetřit, tak mi řeknou, ze jsou do pěti, nebo az druhý den dopoledne. Nejak nerozumí, ze pracující lidé, mohou jít s pejskem, az po práci. Když řeknu, ze prijdu proste potom, tak mi řeknou, ze me nemusí vzít. Tohle neni přístup veterináře.
We had to start going elsewhere. Whenever I call that I need to treat the dog, they tell me they are five or two the next morning. Somehow they do not understand that working people can go with their dog, and after work. If I say I'll just come after, they'll tell me he doesn't have to take me. This is not a vet's approach.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I feel SO lucky to have found this amazing clinic with really compassionate, knowledgeable and caring doctors and nurses. My cat was traumatised by previous vet experiences so I was pretty concerned about trying out a new clinic. And I can't describe well enough how patient and caring MVDr. Kubesova and her crew have been to my little one! We visited them 3 times in 2-week-time for some extensive tests and vaccinations, all our questions have been answered thoroughly, and everything done with extra care. Also the clinic is just sparkling clean, and every single person you see there is smiling!! :) 100% recommended!
