★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutni nespokojenost. Na postel jsem čekal o 2 týdny déle, než bylo domluveno. Po rozbalení v balení chyběla zábranka. Reklamoval jsem a ani po 2 měsících nebyla reklamace vyřízena. Komunikace žádná, pouze výmluvy, když si sám zavolám a chci znát stav reklamace.
Absolute dissatisfaction. I waited on the bed 2 weeks longer than agreed. There was no barrier after unpacking. I complained and even after 2 months the complaint was not settled. No communication, only excuses when I call myself and want to know the status of the claim.
