Po počátečních obtížích v komunikaci již bez problému. Především kvalita připojení je skvělá.

Mám připojení do dvou bytů na Žižkově, obě stálé, rychlé, bezproblémové, cena příznivá, nemám výhrad. Kromě toho firma v celém domě i fyzicky optické připojení k internetu realizovala, co bylo dohodnuto, platilo. Na případné nedodělky firma reagovala, odstranila. V neposlední řadě firma hlavně také jednoduše a okamžitě komunikuje, což jinak nebývá pravidlem. Za mě tedy vše plně funkční, jsem spokojen.
I have connection to two apartments in Zizkov, both permanent, fast, problem-free, price is favorable, I have no reservations. In addition, the company throughout the house and the physical optical connection to the Internet realized what was agreed, it was valid. The company responded to any unsuccessful work and removed it. Last but not least, the company also communicates easily and immediately, which is otherwise not the case. For me everything is fully functional, I am satisfied.

Nejen nejlínější poskytoval internetu, ale pravděpodobně i nejlínější firma vůbec. Díky jejich lenosti můžete ztratit spoustu času. Nebyli schopni poslat fakturu 12 měsíců (!). Jsme firma, takže je to pro nás docela problém. Kolegyně strávila hodiny a hodiny tím, že je uháněla. Chtělo to několik telefonátů, e-mailů a jeden naštvaný e-mail, aby vůbec fakturu poslali. Pak navíc poslali fakturu s chybnými údaji, protože jejich pracovník je neuměl opsat ze smlouvy. Po ukončení smlouvy jsme jim posílali modem a zapůjčené vybavení úhledně zabalené poštou. Nechtěli jsme se s nimi totiž další rok domlouvat na tom, že přijdou osobně. Poslali jsme upozornění mailem, že balík odesíláme. Pak jsme jim ještě psali den před vypršením úložné doby na poště. Nakonec přišla od pošty zpráva, že si balík nikdo nevyzvedl. Co budeme dělat s modemem navíc, nevím. Asi počkáme další rok, než se ozvou, že ho chtějí zpátky. Pak máme možná 10% šanci, že si ho už vyzvednou. TLDR in English. Don't take it personally, it's not true they ignore you because you are a foreigner. They ignore everyone. They've become pretty good at it.
Not only did the laziest provide the internet, but probably also the laziest company ever. Thanks to their laziness, you can lose a lot of time. They were unable to send the invoice for 12 months (!). We are a company, so it is quite a problem for us. A colleague spent hours and hours chasing them. It took several phone calls, e-mails, and one angry e-mail to send the invoice at all. In addition, they sent an invoice with incorrect information, because their employee could not copy it from the contract. After the termination of the contract, we sent them a modem and borrowed equipment neatly packed by mail. We didn't want to agree with them next year that they would come in person. We have sent an email notification that we are sending the package. Then we wrote to them the day before the post office expired. Eventually, a message came from the post office that no one had picked up the package. I don't know what we will do with the extra modem. We'll probably wait another year before they say they want him back. Then we may have a 10% chance of picking him up. TLDR in English. Don't take it personally, it's not true they ignore you because you are a foreigner. They ignore everyone. They've become pretty good at it.

Když jsem se stěhoval do Prahy, nečekal jsem, že tady narazím na nestabilní, často nedostupný a často pomalý internet. Kluci se snaží, když zavoláte, ale k čemu to je, když pak internet i po několika připomínkách stojí za nic. Určitě nedoporučuju.
When I moved to Prague, I did not expect to come across an unstable, often inaccessible and often slow internet here. Guys try when you call, but what's the point when the internet, even after a few comments, is worthless. Definitely not recommended.

As it seemed to me, they don't even bother to offer their services to foreigners no matter how you try to communicate with them in Czech language as well. Totally unprofessional behaviour from a company that is offering English menu also in their website - if it's even a real company.

I have sent 2 e-mails asking them to contact me with full information what i want etc. NO CONTACT, i have placed an order for the 1 gbps Pro packet 2 times through their website - NO CONTACT, i 've messaged them on Facebook English and then in Czech (Google Translate) they read it - NO ANSWER, today i decided to go to their offices, there was a paper on the door that said "Moved Tachovské nám. 79" which is basically on the other side of the road... No signs , No doorbell nothing..... Their site is both in CZ and EN but as i understand they only answer to Czech citizens and don't want to deal with foreigners...
