★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Standard double room was very small, and small bed. Big A/C standing on the floor. Old building, no facilities except room and simple breakfast in basement. Other hotels available in Prague at same price with higher quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We enjoyed our stay very much. The staff were very friendly, and the breakfast was good. We were within easy walking of restaurants, bars, and the castle. We had a mix up with our bill and the staff was very good about amending the error. Would stay again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We loved this hotel. Great view of castle and park, big beautiful room and delicious breakfast. Not far from the old town and castle but city center is far and many stairs to climb. They have enormous parking for many dozens of cars but not free

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice value and location. My Room and the facility was clean and the shower was hot. 15 minute drive to the airport with no traffic. Be aware that the entrance overlaps the sidewalk and heads directly uphill. You will most likely miss it the first time and have to turn around.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Little hotel close to Prajskiy Grad area.
Location of the hotel is quite okay you can easily reach it by tram or taxi. To enter the building you have to press the bell and wait a little bit until the reception opens door for you.
Interior design is made in vintage style and the sleeves impression of something older. furniture and repair looks quite older and that's why there is specific smell from the carpets.
Rooms are average but the cleaning people do not clean carpets very well I think they do not use vacuum cleaner.
Breakfast r good with the nice choice of dairy products sausages yogurts Etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had 5 perfect nights here. The staff is very cordial and expedient. The front desk is very helpful and they sell public transit tickets too. The location is perfect for seeing Prague Castle Complex and the Monastery. The 22 trolley stops outside the front door so you can get anywhere in the city for 24Kc. The breakfast is beautiful, everyday.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WORST experience I had with EA hotels, and I am a very frequent traveller. I booked room with hotel Jeleni Dvur but they decided not to open. So I travelled to Prague and was sent to EA Embassy hotel, where I was 'provided' with not guided street parking under the bridge, with terrible environment. Wont even describe it. They ignored my complaints and messages, never responded to my calls.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all the address is wrong. The hotel shifted to new town. They didn't mention that not even a email. I tried to call them but the number written in the booking confirmation also wrong. Finally I got the correct number from their website. When I called they tried to hang up by making an excuse. I paid advance and when I went to the hotel they told me not a single room is available. After an argument they give us a room. We booked double room and got twin room. The room is not cleaned also, dust everywhere. This hotel is a example of total disappointment.
