★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Děkuji za dnešní profesionální a nadstandardní služby v rámci nákupu obuvi. Od asistentky prodeje - Kateřiny (myslím) jsem dostal vyčerpávající informace a pomohla mi s výběrem. Opravdu rozumí své práci což jako člověk z podobného oboru velmi oceňuji. Trochu nešťastné je, že Ecco má sklad mimo prodejnu a na svoji velikost se chvíli čeká, ale za ten profi přístup to zase stálo.

He really understands his work, which I appreciate as a person in a similar field. It is a bit unfortunate that Ecco has a warehouse outside the store and is waiting for its size for a while, but it was worth the professional approach again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Очень вежливые продавщицы. И всё. На кроссовки за 4000 крон дали гарантию 3 года. Но.... Когда прошел в них пару километров, понял, что разная высота подошвы под пяткой. На следующий день мне отказали в замене или возврате, а предложили стельки ортопедические за 700 крон ))). Теперь мучаюсь. Хотя вроде бы была хорошая фирма. Будьте внимательны.

When I walked a couple of kilometers in them, I realized that there was a different height of the sole under the heel. The next day I was refused a replacement or refund, and offered orthopedic insoles for 700 CZK))). Now I'm tormented. Although it seemed to be a good company. Be careful.

The saleswoman took care of me, so not even the high price of the shoes discouraged me and I took off really nice shoes.
