★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 29.9.2018 zakoupené boty v kamenné prodejně CK za 2990,- Kč cca za 10min po zakoupení jsem zjistil ze je zlevnily na e-shopu o 600,- Kč. Když jsem tam přišel ze bych chtěl boty vrátit, tak mi bylo řečeno ze peníze nevraceji (připomínám ze boty jsem tam koupil před 10 min). Volal jsem s oblastní ředitelkou a naprosto nezájem o to aby byl zákazník spokojený. Nedoporučuji, komunikace příšerná a přístup ještě horší. Na stránkách přitom mají napsáno ze hlavně chtějí aby byl zákazník spokojený. Dále mi rekli, ze kamenná prodejna nemá s e-shopem nic společného, tak proč na tom e-shopu v seznamu prodejen je i ATRIUM Palac Pardubice? No lži největšího kalibru. Už si zde nikdy nic nekoupim a všude bude říkat jaké jsou zde podmínky pro reklamaci příšerne.

At the same time, they have written on the website that they want the customer to be satisfied. They also told me that the stone shop has nothing to do with the e-shop, so why is ATRIUM Palac Pardubice on the e-shop in the list of stores? Well, lies the greatest caliber. I will never buy anything here again and everywhere he will say what the conditions are here for a terrible complaint.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nikdy více!!!! boty nemají správné cedulky s cenami a když to chcete za tu cenu, tak že jim je líto. Rozdil 300kc. Klamou zakazniky. A když jsem si to vyfotil tak mě slečna prodavačka řekla, že jsem hrdina, tak by se asi prodávající chovat neměl. NIKDY VÍCE!!!!!
