Initial order was shipped with a wrong size without notifying me. It caused an uncomfortable situation as I had to prove my right. I had to ask the same questions multiple times and I had to drive the conversation to have a solution.
However, I appreciate that at the end we were able to find a common ground and after sending back the old order my corrected order arrived.
