★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Замовила olaplex 4.01, сьогодні - 17.01, а замовлення немає і магазин не дає чіткої відповіді - де моє замовлення і гроші не повертають! При замовленні дата отримання була вказана - 7.01.
Upd: 21.01 - замовлення сьогодні отримала. Дуже довго і немає належного зворотнього зв’язку, вчасного... коли клієнт володіє інформацією - немає ніякого конфлікту... але замість того, щоб попередити мене про затримку замовлення я навіть не отримувала відповіді на мої мейли спочатку і по телефону не можливо було додзвонитися.
Ціни та товар - хороший! Логістика і клієнтська підтримка - ні.
I ordered olaplex 4.01, today - 17.01, and there is no order and the shop does not give a clear answer - where my order and money do not return! When ordering, the date of receipt was specified - 7.01.
Upd: 21.01 - Order received today. For a very long time there is no proper feedback, timely ... when the client has the information - there is no conflict ... but instead of alerting me to delaying the order, I did not even receive my emails at first and it was not possible to call to call.
Prices and goods are good! Logistics and customer support - no.
