Ceny jdou, ale obsluha (a s tím jsem se u nich nesetkal jen na této pobočce) příšerná. U brýlí se mi rozbila obroucka a tak jsem se byl zeptat, jestli s tím nemohou něco udělat - v zahraničí mi pomohli - a tady mě skoro vyfakovali.
Prices go, but the service (and I have not met them at this branch only) awful. My glasses broke around my glasses, so I was wondering if they could do anything about it - they helped me abroad - and they almost blew me out.

Zakoupili jsme pres eshop Eiffel Optic telefon, jehoz baleni bylo nekompletni (chybel manual a soucastky), proto jsme ho poslali zpet na reklamaci. Ze zakaznicke podpory nas sice kontaktovali, aby se dotazali na detaily, ale nekompletni baleni poslali zpet bez jakehokoli vysvetleni, takze jsme museli sepsat novy reklamacni protokol a pozadat o vraceni uhrazene castky. Stalo nas to dve extra navstevy prodejny (cas a cesta), plus nekolikatydenni zbytecne cekani na telefon, ktery mel byt navic darek k vyroci. Nedoporucuji nakup v tomto obchode, pokud se bude jednat o zbozi, u nehoz chcete mit jistotu, ze pujde v pripade problemu jednoduse vyreklamovat.
We bought a phone through the Eiffel Optic e-shop, the packaging of which was incomplete (manual and parts were missing), so we sent it back for a complaint. Although they were contacted by customer support to ask for details, they sent the incomplete packaging back without any explanation, so we had to write a new complaint protocol and request a refund. It cost us two extra visits to the store (time and trip), plus several weeks of unnecessary waiting for the phone, which was to be an extra gift for the anniversary. I do not recommend buying in this store, if it will be goods, for which you want to be sure that it will be easy to complain in case of a problem.

Bohužel ani nemohu hodnotit kvalitu skel, pro která jsem si do této pobočky chtěla zajít - naprosto arogantní a nepříjemná obsluha mě stihla během pouhých 5 minut natolik naštvat, že jsem se raději otočila a šla jinam. Takové jednání jsem skutečně ještě nezažila, doteď nevycházím z údivu.
Unfortunately, I can't even evaluate the quality of the glasses I wanted to go to in this branch - a very arrogant and unpleasant operator managed to get so angry in just 5 minutes that I turned around and went elsewhere. I haven't really experienced such behavior yet, I am not surprised.

Tuto firmu nedoporučuji - nechala jsem si u ní udělat brýle za 7.000,- Kč. Brýle jsem využívala pouze příležitostně a přesto došlo na obroučce k porušení studeného spoje. Brýle jsem reklamovala v zákonné lhůtě a po 30 dnech mi byly neopravené vráceny s vyjádřením, že reklamace nebyla uznána z důvodu mechanického poškození vzhledem k nešetrnému zacházení. Brýle jsem dala opravit v jiné firmě, kde mi bylo řečeno, že došlo k porušení studeného spoje, což se u takových obrouček stává. Mrzí mne postup firmy Eiffel optic, která si pravděpodobně zákazníků vůbec neváží, neboť s brýlemi jsem po celou dobu zacházela velmi opatrně a na poškození jsem se vůbec nepodílela. Tuto firmu NEDOPORUČUJI !!!
I do not recommend this company - I had my glasses for 7.000, - CZK. I only used the goggles occasionally, but there was a cold joint on the frame. I complained about the goggles within the legal deadline and after 30 days were returned to me uncorrected, stating that the complaint was not recognized due to mechanical damage due to rough handling. I had my glasses repaired at another company where I was told that a cold joint had broken, which happens with such frames. I regret the approach of Eiffel optic, which probably does not value customers at all, because I treated the glasses very carefully all the time and I did not participate in the damage at all. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY !!!

Velmi špatná zkušenost. Měření zraku očařkou bylo naprosto mimo, skla objednaná na základě jejího receptu jsem následně musela nechat vyměnit, protože byly uvedené úplně nesmyslné osy cylindrů a já přes ně skoro neviděla. Jen cena skel se přitom u mě pohybuje okolo pěti tisíc, takže mě jejich chyba přišla dost draho. Vyšetření u lékaře je jen záminka, jak Vás dostat do prodejny, ze které vás nechtějí nechat odejít a vnucují vám brýle. Výběr je ale nic moc a snaží se vám vnutit i obroučky, které jsou např. zjevně výrazně širší, než člověk potřebuje. Nikdy více.

At the same time, the price of glass alone is around five thousand, so their mistake cost me quite dearly. An examination by a doctor is just an excuse to get you to a store from which they do not want to leave you and force glasses on you. However, the choice is not much and they also try to force hoops on you, which are, for example, obviously significantly wider than you need. Never more.

I went for a eye test that couldn't have gone worse. First of all, when I entered and they were giving my details (name and phone number) to the nurse, I was interrupted by a bothered and bothering "Ježíš Maria",i tried to ignore the optometrist and go on with the test. Little she tried to make me understand her, so I had to call a friend to translate. She was still not very helpful and even more bothered. However, her manners were not the worst part, as she said that I had 4 dioptries (never had glasses, and even if I don't see good, it's far from being that bad). I was not feeling happy with the results, so I tried going to another optic, where they said that I had 0.5 and 0.75 dioptries. Absolutely not recommended, they have no manners and they are far from being professional.
