d	dawa caska on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dobrý den, předem musím říct, že kdo bude chtít nakupovat brýle u této optiky, tak ať si to dvakrát rozmyslí. Mám totiž zkušenost, že se na brýlích přítelkyně odlupoval lak na místě, na kterém se to nemohlo svést na odření. Po první reklamaci bylo řečeno, že si za to může svým špatným chováním či zacházením. Na což jsem tam šel podat druhou reklamaci sám. Stačilo se rozčílit, pohrozit ČOI a PRÁVNÍKEM a ejhle, ono to najednou jde, není to tedy špatným zacházením. Jinak řečeno byla nabídnuta výměna obrouček ve stejné cenové kategorii. Opravdu nevím co jiného si o jejich jednání myslet, než že prostě mají snad zájem z lidí dělat hlupáky. Kdo se nechá jen tak odbít, tak má smůlu. V případě, že se člověk ,, postaví na zadní '' a bude v právu, bude jeho věci vyhověno kladně. Pozor na způsob jednání, které praktikují. Musím podotknout, že se NEJEDNÁ o prodejnu na kterou píši tuto recenzci, ale o společnost jako celek. In other words, a replacement ring was offered in the same price range. I really don't know what else to think about their actions, but that they are simply interested in making people stupid. Whoever just gets beaten, so bad luck. If a person "stands on the back" and is in the right, his case will be favored. Beware of the way they practice. I must point out that this is not the store I write this review for, but the company as a whole.

Při reklamaci brýlí blondýna, která nenechá člověka ani dopovědět větu! Důležitá jak kdyby sežrala celý svět... Kdybych věděla, že budou prodávat tak nekvalitní brýle a ještě s takovým přístupem, rozhodně bych šla jinam!!! A co se výběru tyče, tak katastrofa.. Všechno na jedno brdo.. Děs běs. Lidi nechoďte tam. Paní / slečna černovlasá příjemná. Paní doktorka taky Absolutely arrogant, unsympathetic, affected saleswoman (blonde). Vydrželi mi zhruba rok a půl a když jsem si teď kupovala druhé jinde, bylo mi řečeno že jsem celou dobu měla brýle které mi absolutně nesedí. I bought here my first glasses, which the lady chose for me and said that these fit me and look good. Takže mě mrzí že jsem se zde vůbec objednával.Za mě určitě ne, jsou daleko lepší služby jinde. Když jsem to řešila na prodejně, jak nákup tak i dotaz na vrácení brýlí. Prodavačky neměli ani respirator ani roušku. Prodavačka si vzala na mě kontakt, že mi druhý den zavolají s informacemi. To se nestalo. Psala jsem email. Na ten mi už odpověděli. Nabídli mi jen výměnu za jiné zboží. Což se mi nelíbí protože prodejna má opravdu malí sortiment.Na jiné prodejně mě tvrdili že vrácení ani nejde. Tak jsem požádala aby mi ukázali obchodní podmínky kde dle zákona musí mít vypsané podmínky vrácení. Na to mi řekli že v celé prodejně nemají obchodní podmínky. Je divné že co člověk v tomhle obchodě to jiný přístup co jde a nejde. Nedoporučuji tenhle obchod. I bought very expensive sunglasses here, I found out that they don't fit me. I do not recommend this store.
