Vysledek naprosto tragicky - rozumim, ze se to nemusi povest, ale rada bych byla informovana, pokud bryle bude nejakym zpusobem provrtavat a lamat vic nez jsou. Z jedne praskliny jsou tri, plast rozdroleny a vizualne naprosto nenositelne. Byla bych radeji, kdyby je do opravy vubec neprijali, nez provesto toto. Verim, ze personal je mily, ale rozhodne dal nedoporucuji.. I definitely do not recommend what repairs were covered. The rim of my plastic goggles broke and I thought that if I saved, it would be professional. The result is absolutely tragic - I understand that it does not have to be rumored, but I would like to be informed if the glasses will somehow drill and break more than they are. From one crack there are three, the plastic is shattered and visually completely unbearable. I would rather they were not accepted for repair at all than this. I believe the staff is nice, but I definitely did not recommend ..

Všetko, čo som potreboval, navyše s prístupom zamestnancov, ktorý mi je veľmi sympatický. Na okuliare som čakal asi týždeň a predanie prebehlo bez problémov. Výmena skiel na starých okuliaroch, ktorá bola v rámci ponuky, tiež prebehla bez problémov. Túto optiku môžem len odporučiť. Matej I came to Optician Krouman for the first time. I was immediately taken by Miss / Mrs. Černá and in half an hour I was measured and I had a frame selected. Everything I needed, moreover, with the attitude of the staff, which is very nice to me. I waited on the glasses for about a week and the sale was without problems. The replacement of the old glasses on offer was also without any problems. I can only recommend this optics. Matej

Od precizního změření zraku brýlí i čoček, nejpřesnější měření které jsem kdy zažila, ještě přesnější než u očních lékařů. A co se týče obrub obrovský výběr a kvalita, velké rozpětí cen, takže si vybere každý. Třeba tyto brýle z Optiky Krouman mi každý chválí a mám s nimi velké úspěchy s těmito téměř neviditelnými brýlemi a i díky speciálnímu ořezu v nich vypadám štíhlejší, není skoro vidět, že mám na fotografii 97 kilo. Lehké a zároveň mají jako bonus sluneční klip. Rozhodně budu doporučovat dál ! Great experience. Přátelský personál jako plus. Díky!
