Při reklamaci mi bylo sděleno že to bude vyměněno kus za kus,po měsíci žádné odezvy,jsem volala a dozvěděla se že prstýnek stále není na cestě..za další dva dny se mi paní ozvala s tím že buď mi prstýnek vrátí,,opravený " ale budou s ním problémy nebo vrácení peněz-paní prodavačka byla v tomhle velmi empatická a sama mi řekla ať zvolím vrácení peněz ..Na peníze sem čekala před týden!Bohužel za mě špatná zkušenost,třeba to byl bohužel jeden z mála špatných kusů,ale mrzí mě komunikace a pak celkový závěr..
