N	N H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kupovali jsme zde snubní prsteny a komunikace probíhala na výbornou, nicméně cena byla o něco vyšší. Prsteny jsou velmi hezké a kvalitně zpracované nicméně nás poněkud mrzelo, že byť jsme u nich utratili dost peněz za snubní prsteny tak nás odmítli s vyčištěním zásnubního. Ten je tedy zakoupený jinde, byli jsme tedy za službu ochotni zaplatit. Odpověď trvala neúměrně dlouho a bez jakékoli snahy vyhovět jsme byli odmítnuti. Alespoň nějaké to vysvětlení proč tuto službu nejsou ochotni poskytnout, byť jsme již jejich zákazníky, by bylo na místě. We bought wedding rings here and the communication was excellent, but the price was a bit higher. The rings are very nice and well-made, however, we were a little sorry that even though we spent a lot of money with them on the wedding rings, they refused to clean us with the engagement. It is therefore purchased elsewhere, so we were willing to pay for the service. The answer took a disproportionately long time and without any attempt to comply, we were rejected. At least some explanation of why they are not willing to provide this service, even though we are already their customers, would be appropriate.

Very nice store environment, reservation system (you really have time and peace to choose), but in our case mainly a great lady (or young lady :-)) Kristina, who made me and my partner a great experience of the choice!

Chcel som žlté zlato, ale mali len strieborne, no bolo mi povedané, že veľkosť sa aj tak väčšinou upravuje a môžu ho neskôr prerobiť do pár týždňov. Prsteň na prerobenie sme doniesli okolo 10. Októbra. Dnes (29.12.2021) sme po telefóne zistili, že prsteň stále nie je pripravený. Takže dve hviezdičky za príjemnú obsluhu a pekné prstene, ale čo z toho, keď zasnubný prsteň dostanete až ako svadobný dar? I bought an engagement ring on September 30, 2021, where a nice saleswoman helped me a lot with the selection. I wanted yellow gold, but they only had silver, but I was told that the size is mostly adjusted anyway and they can make it later in a few weeks. We brought the remake ring around October 10th. Today (December 29, 2021) we found out over the phone that the ring is still not ready. So two stars for friendly service and nice rings, but what about when you get the wedding ring as a wedding gift?

Paní prodavačka Ema nám pomohla s výběrem, měla trpělivost, byla příjemná, vše nám bylo krásně vysvětleno, prostě profesionální! Jako plus i krásné prostředí prodejny. Snad budou prstýnky stejně dobré jako nás dojem z této návštěvy. Although I was a little scared (we chose wedding rings for the first time), the visit to Bisak was absolutely perfect. The saleswoman Ema helped us with the selection, she had patience, she was pleasant, everything was beautifully explained to us, just professional! As a plus and the beautiful environment of the store. Perhaps the rings will be as good as our impression of this visit.
