★ ★ ★ ★ ★ S ochotou prodavacek jsme spolu s manzelem nespokojeni. V Cervenci jsme se brali a vybyrali v teto prodejne prstynky. Uz jednou jsme prstynky museli dat na cisteni za vlastni naklady. Po druhe jsem si prsten nechala dat zmensit a prodavacka mi odpovedela slovy: jak jste to merili a ze si mam dat prsten na prostrednicek... ??. Nyni je prsten na zmenseni a jsem velice zvedava na odezvu. Toto zlatnictvi v zadnem pripade nedoporucuji !!!

The second time I had the ring reduced and the saleswoman replied: "How did you measure it and that I put the ring on the middle ...". Now the ring is reduced and I am very curious about the response. This goldsmith in any case do not recommend !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nechala jsem si dát na řetízek karabinku.Po pár hodinách mi řetízek spadnul z ruky naštěstí doma.Karabinka špatně upevněná .Odfláknutou práci jsem reklamovala. Na druhý pokus se karabinka opět po pár hodinách uvolnila,naštěstí jsem si toho v práci všimla.Za odfláknuto práci jsem zaplatila 2 000,-Kč.Absolutně nedoporučuji a peníze ať si nechají.Tak neprofesiální firmu již nenavštívím.Šmerdová
