Очень не понравилось, что на такую дорогую косметику нет тестеров в свободном пользовании, постоянно достаю из каких-то полок....тебе надо постоянно просить консультанта, а я хочу вот это попробовать и это! И ещё одна вещ , для меня показалась очень не приятной....хотела протестировать губную помаду на руку (это было на прошлой неделе, всё меры уже по короновирус были сняты, уже давно) так вот! мне сказали положить на место, я не имею права брать тестер, и вообще я сейчас обслуживаю клиента, закончу и только тогда она сама на бумажечку нанесет тестер а потом мне покажет....ужас!!! Я развернулась и ушла. Обслуживала тогда женщина лет 40! Очень плохое обслуживание....
Good afternoon! I went to this store several times. I really didn’t like the fact that there were no testers for free use for such expensive cosmetics, I constantly take them out of some shelves .... you have to constantly ask a consultant, but I want to try this and this! And one more thing, for me it seemed very unpleasant .... I wanted to test lipstick on my hand (this was last week, all measures for coronavirus were removed, a long time ago) and so! I was told to put it back in place, I have no right to take the tester, and in general I now serve the client, I will finish and only then she herself will put the tester on a piece of paper and then show me .... horror !!! I turned around and left. A woman of about 40 years old served then! Very poor service ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sháněla jsem krém na ruce.. u stojánku jsem si krémy prohlížela, přišla paní a doporučila mi jeden z nich, dala mi i vzoreček na ruku. Já se porozhlížela i po těch ostatních a přemýšlela, který zvolím. Nicméně paní u mě stále stála a dívala se na hodinky .. no, nic příjemného. Další den byla na prodejně již mnohem příjemnější blonďatá paní prodavačka:) Jinak produkty v pořádku, používám je dlouho..(hlavně parfémy).
I was looking for hand cream ... I looked at the creams at the stand, the lady came and recommended one of them to me, she also gave me a sample for my hand. I looked around for the others as well, wondering which one to choose. However, the lady was still standing by me, looking at her watch ... well, nothing pleasant. The next day there was a much nicer blonde saleswoman at the store :) Otherwise, the products are fine, I've been using them for a long time (especially perfumes).
