R	Roman Snášil on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called the contact number on Saturday (11.2.17) to ask whether they can fit me in anytime that day without reservation. I was told they'll call me back after checking availibility. No response after. So I went to the saloon personally around 11am 'cause they're open until 3pm. Two barbers were leaving and other two there told me (looking into almost blank booking diary) they have only one job for today and after that they are going to shut down. No apologies for hung up, no polite excuse. Some people may wonder where the exclusivity have gone and more importantly if their boss knew, because I was willing to pay a higher price for a haircut since it was on Saturday without booking in advance in self-claimed best hair-saloon in town, but those two suckers ruined the day. I use to go there time to time but after today I'm never going there again because of the arogancy.

I’m finally so happy with my cut and don’t feel the need to change it constantly because Anna has got it perfect! He was very friendly, professional and made me feel very comfortable. Furthermore, I know some of the hairdressers do speak english, but the person in the telephone is not capable of asking for someone else to answer it.
