★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The haircut was bad. But the worst part of the service was the fact that he didn't dry my hair properly and I told him to do that because outside is still winter. Shouldn't have thought of it on his own? Terrible service, not recommended it!

The place is overpriced for a not satisfactory quality of haircut.
To be specific: man’s haircut; there has been shown picture example, but result was not even close. There are a lot of long hairs at the random places, so haircut looks not professional at all. In total haircut was not more than 15-20 mins, but let’s assume it is express...
Nobody is guilty , maybe stars were at the wrong location or sth. Just be careful and ensure you control hairdresser during all process.
BUT both the owner and hairdresser are very pleasant, so I hope to change my opinion and review of this place next time.

My fears were unfounded, honestly this was probably one of the better haircuts I ever got. Inexpensive, and no wait time at all. The person who cut my hair spoke enough English to get the job done and it was done well.

I like the way to store your belongings - every workplace has own locker, and you can see it during the whole process. And there is more such small things which makes you pleasantly surprised.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m changing my ratings and comment here. I was here today with my 7 year old kid, a hour back. The staff was very rude, the guy who was cutting hair was insensitive and could have hurt the kido. I had to finish the haircut in 7 minutes, though they charged me complete fees 260 CZK.
Please avoid, specially for kids, it could harm them. Will not visit again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There was one short guy (height around 1.50 - 1.60 cm) who was treating me so rude and mean. He charged me 400 kc only for haircutting nothing more in 10 minutes. Also, his haircut has been terrible with dirty and messy stuffs. I will never go there again. Staffs were generally rude. When I said "Dobry Den" they didn't even reply to me.
