Chcela som sa p.Richtera spýtať či sa v optikách špecializujú na môj zrakový problém . Pán Richter zodvihol ja som sa mu stihla len predstaviť ,a na základe môjho mena mi drzo odvetil “ tak nashledanou” . Hello, I called Mr. Richter, unfortunately I found the number directly on him so I say to myself that the owner will know best. I wanted to ask Mr. Richter if they specialize in optics for my visual problem. Mr. Richter picked it up, I just managed to introduce myself to him, and based on my name, he brazenly replied "so goodbye."

Při reklamaci rámečků vstřícné jednání a rychlá výměna za nové. Great optics: professional and helpful staff, detailed vision measurements, quality slides (no scratches a year later). Friendly handling of the frames and quick exchange for new ones.

Aj keď som väčšinou chodila tak pol hodiny pred zatváračkou, personál bol vždy milý, trpezlivý a plne sa mi venoval. S brýlami som bola spokojná, akurát sa mi po roku pri bežnom čistení zlomil nosník. Dodávateľ nechcel vadu uznať pri reklamácii, ale aj tento krát som bola veľmi milo prekvapená konaním personálu, ktorý mi ponúkol zľavu na ďalší rám. :) Maximálna spokojnosť. Ďakujem! I first took an extended measurement in optics and several times I was also able to choose frames, as they have a really wide selection. Although I usually walked about half an hour before the closing time, the staff was always nice, patient and fully dedicated to me. I was satisfied with the glasses, my beam just broke after a year during normal cleaning. The supplier did not want to acknowledge the defect in the complaint, but this time I was very pleasantly surprised by the actions of the staff, who offered me a discount on another frame. :) Maximum satisfaction. Well thank you!

A	Ali B. Cavusoglu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ English review here. They are nice and seem professional till you buy the product but that's it. Be ready for having problems on receiving the products about time/delivery and after having problems such as not even being able to identify the right size for your head leaving a mark on your head after long time of usage. Because of the delay they had (a part was broken during their process and ordered original part from Germany and had to wait for that) I didn't have a chance to use for one complete day and tell my complaints as they said we could adjust if something is wrong before I leave. So I had to go abroad after receiving my glasses, I wanted to let them know about the problem on phone and only thing they said after making me wait for long time on phone was "we can't say anything before checking it here." And when I mentioned to them on phone I had visited another optician for the problem as I am not in Brno anymore and that they didn't want to take the risk, the person on the phone said "you should have visited a better optician".
