Na druhem z důvodu nefunkčnosti, v záruční lhůtě, se musela kompletně vyměnit a použit od jiného dodavatele. Samozřejmě že komunikace nulová. Teď chystáme žalobu a budeme se s nimi soudit. V životě bych u ně nikdy nic neobjednal. Ekocisu supplied us with cleaners for two buildings. One works anyway. On the other hand, due to a malfunction, during the warranty period, it had to be completely replaced and used by another supplier. Of course, zero communication. We are now preparing a lawsuit and we will try with them. I would never order anything from them in my life.

To jsem následně učinila telefonicky, kde paní na druhém konci byla vstřícná a vše jsme domluvili včetně termínu dodání a montáže čističky. A hle vše opravdu bylo dodáno a smontováno v termínu. Páni byli velmi trpělivý s laickými dotazy naší celé famílie k funkčnosti čističky a jak to vůbec obsluhovat. Vše hodnotím kladně, protože dodání bylo v termínu, s usazením čističky sice byly problémy, ale pánové si poradili a také za polopatické a trpělivé vysvětlování. Díky všem a zatím vše běží bez potíží a potichu. I ordered a treatment plant for up to 8 people (we live in a multi-generation house), I just somehow didn't pick up the additional order for installation. I then did this by phone, where the lady at the other end was helpful and we arranged everything, including the delivery date and installation of the treatment plant. And behold, everything was really delivered and assembled on time. The gentlemen were very patient with the lay questions of our whole family about the functionality of the treatment plant and how to operate it at all. I evaluate everything positively, because the delivery was on time, there were problems with the installation of the treatment plant, but the gentlemen managed and also for a semi-pathetic and patient explanation. Thanks to everyone and so far everything is running smoothly and quietly.
M	Martin Svoboda on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Čističku jsem po předchozí domluvě objednával s tříměsíčním předstihem. Musím říci, že jsem byl velmi mile překvapen přístupem všech zaměstnanců společnosti. Všichni byli nápomocni radou a ochotně mi pomohli i při instalaci, která nebyla zrovna jednoduchá v našich podmínkách (máme tvrdý jíl už ve 40 cm pod povrchem) a já měl doopravdy hodně dotazů. Dodatečně jsem musel také žádat o nastavení výšky čističky, proběhlo rovněž velmi rychle. K čističce jsem kupoval také 6 m3 jímku. Dodávka proběhla přesně ve stanoveném termínu. Nyní jsem uživatel čističky a jímky druhým měsícem a zatím funguje jak má. Sám jsem již provedl první čištění filtrů dle pokynů technika,který mi při spuštění čističky ochotně předal spoustu informací k provozu a užívání čističky. Patřím tak do skupiny spokojených zákazníků společnosti EKOCIS a věřím, že tomu bude tak i nadále. Společnost můžu na základě vlastních zkušeností doporučit všem případným zájmcům. Everyone was helpful and helped me with the installation, which was not very easy in our conditions (we have hard clay already at 40 cm below the surface) and I really had a lot of questions. In addition, I also had to ask for the height adjustment of the sewage plant, and it was also very fast. I also bought a 6 m3 sump for the plant. The delivery took place exactly on time. Now I am the user of the purifier and sink for the second month and is working as it should. I have already done the first cleaning of the filters according to the instructions of the technician, who willingly gave me a lot of information on the operation and use of the plant. I belong to the group of satisfied customers of EKOCIS and I believe that this will continue to be the case. Based on my own experience I can recommend the company to all potential candidates.
F	František Haitl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mám od Ekocisu septik s biologickým filtrem - kvůli složité údržbě a diskutabilní funkci jsem klasickou ČOV zavrhl. Vše funguje po drobných úpravách (utěsnění vík kvůli zápachu + doodvětrání filtru do kanalizace přes septik) na rozdíl od klasické ČOV jednoduše, nic se neucpává - nemá ani co - údržba minimální a snadná. U každé ČOV je potřeba složitá údržba a každotýdenní kontrola. U septiku s filtrem je vše snadné s minimem nervů, filtr lze jednoduše vyčerpat vestavným čerpadlem a vyčistit filtry proudem vody, septik dle potřeby vyvést. Potřeba používat bakterie a vyvarovat se dezinfekci! I have a septic tank with a biological filter from Ekocis - due to the complex maintenance and debatable function, I rejected the classic WWTP. Everything works after minor modifications (sealing the lids due to odor + filter ventilation into the sewer through the septic tank), unlike the classic WWTP, simply, nothing is clogged - it has nothing to do - minimal and easy maintenance. Each WWTP requires complex maintenance and weekly inspections. With a septic tank with a filter, everything is easy with a minimum of nerves, the filter can be easily drained with a built-in pump and the filters cleaned with a stream of water, the septic tank can be removed as needed. The need to use bacteria and avoid disinfection!

Při instalaci jsme nebyli vůbec poučeni, jak se o ČOV starat, vše jsme si měli nastudovat z dodaných materiálů. Servisní technici nereagují na telefonáty ani na sms. Technikům se mi už týden nepovedlo dovolat. Údržba náročná, každý týden konrolujete kal, každý 3 měsíce čistíte filtry. Čistička nám od samého počátku nefunguje. I přes nastartování bakterií a neustále péče se vzduchové hadice ucpávají a nedochází tak ke správnému provzdušnení. Naši 3 sousedé mají také ČOV od Ekocisu a mají úplně stejné problémy. Je to takové naše místní téma: už se vám povedlo rozběhnout čisticku? I certainly do NOT recommend Ekocis and their WWTP product. During the installation we were not at all instructed how to take care of the WWTP, we should study everything from the supplied materials. Service technicians do not respond to calls or sms. The technicians have failed to reach me for a week. Maintenance demanding, every week you check sludge, every 3 months you clean the filters. The cleanser doesn't work from the very beginning. Despite the start of the bacteria and the constant care, the air hoses become clogged and thus do not aerate properly. Our 3 neighbors also have Ekocis WWTPs and have the same problems. It's such a local topic: have you run a cleanup?

Funguje bezproblémově, staráme se o ni podle pokynů technika (čištění filtrů, kontrola apod.). Pokud se v domácnosti chováte rozumně (nepoužíváte agresivní čisticí prostředky, hlídáte si, co vylíváte do odpadu), myslím, že s ČOV není problém. Instalace i zprovoznění čističky proběhlo v pořádku, technik nám vše správně nastavil, jedeme podle toho dodnes. Jediné, co jsme zatím museli vyměnit, byly membrány v dmychadlu, ale to se dalo očekávat. Vydržely nám ještě déle, než výrobce udával. Works smoothly, we take care of it according to the instructions of the technician (filter cleaning, inspection, etc.). If you behave sensibly in the household (you do not use aggressive cleaning agents, you watch what you pour into the waste), I think there is no problem with the WWTP. Installation and commissioning of the sewage plant was in order, the technician set everything up correctly, we are going accordingly. The only thing we had to change so far were the blower membranes, but that was to be expected. They lasted even longer than the manufacturer stated.
