★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely interesting exposition. The ride with the train was totally worth it (though I was not eager to go at first). The whole museum (and railway track) is maintained by volunteers - who are excited by their work and put their soul in it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommended to visit, while you are doing your Česky kras hiking. The engine driver is a very kind man, and there was a good beef broth, which warmed us after the heavy rain that caught us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The great destination for families with kids, a lot to see, discover or take picture of... Even during winter months when it's officially closed (mining train tour etc from May to October). Best way to get here would be from Svaty Jan pod Skalou (buses from Praha-Zlicin) via tourist path. Nice views along the way.
