★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really hate this place, it's the worse Customer Service ever, I don't recommend to anybody to shop in that store, it's not worth it, there are other store where they sell the same thing and they are nice people, please keep you away from this place.
Realmente no recomiendo este lugar a nadie, tienen el peor servicio al cliente, no vale la pena, hay otras tiendas de este estilo con mejor servicio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ really good place for clothing and shoes, sometimes you find really good prices. I found some Stance socks that I couldn't find anywhere else (Todd Francis ones)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The selection is decent, although the quality is quite bad across the board and the prices are too high. That being said, the worst part of this shop is the costumer service which is absoluetly dreadfull. The employees aren't welcoming at all, are slouchy at best and woul absoluetly not go out of their way to help a costumer even if it's because of a problem they made...
Don't go waste your money there, there are better shops in prague.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service & store policy. It is impossible to get a refund for purchased goods that are too small (after 10 minutes of purchase!!). One is told you can only change it for something else and is forced to choose another product. When choosing a slightly cheaper similar product, not only that it's not possible to get back the difference, they don't even want to give you store credit. It is unacceptable to have a store with this kind of policy in 2020. Not buying anything with them anyomre (and other boardstar.cz shops!).

The staff is so nice and friendly. They will bring you anything you want.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place has so much to offer in street fashion, and the culture of skateboarding. There are 3 levels overall and you can find all sorts of items roaming around, and they have a huge backpack selection.
If you need a hip upgrade then this is a place u might want to visit.
