Electro World - Řevnická 1

It is a big store who sells alot of computers, phones, movies Tv's, home equipment etc. Not necessary cheap (compeard to what i have seen on smaller places) but have a wide selection.

The people working there are kind and very helpful and some of them speak English

Very good variety of home appliances and electronics. If you look for laptops this is not the best place. If you need cassettes, yes cassettes you can find them here ?

The employee with whom I talked was extremely rude, at first he didn't want to do his job, then he periodically allowed himself to say something toxic and that was far from the etiquette of the attendants. All the time he just tried to provoke the conflict, despite the fact that I repeatedly asked him to stop. No reaction, he just giggled. And he allowed himself to do everything like that despite the fact that I was there with my mother. Please explain to your employees that a bad mood should be left at home and you shouldn't allow such an attitude to your customers. Extremely disgusting service, I do not recommend it!

I would like to congratulate this Electro World on giving me today the most terrible, hostile and insulting costumer experience I have ever experienced in an electronics store. I went in with a simple question: do they sell a car cellphone holder that would be compatible with the popsocket I have attached to the back of my iPhone 11 Pro Max. Instead, after waiting 15-20 minutes for an employee in the mobile phone section of the store to become free, the employee goes on to laugh and make fun of the fact I was using a popsocket with my phone. Saying (while laughing) that only children use popsockets and then telling me that’s why there is no car holder for popsockets (spoiler, there is a popsockets car holder, so guess adults make use of them too). I told him as such as well as the fact that this popsocket has saved my phone on numerous occasions from drops (not to mention that it’s strangle addictive to fidget with) in addition to letting him know that I didn’t appreciate his attitude and yet he continues with: well don’t put something meant for children on your phone, and continues the laugh. Finally he tells me that they don’t sell popsockets (when in fact they do, it’s on their website) and when I point this out he sends me to the the other side of the store, where another employee tells me that they are by the mobile phone section where lo and behold there they were, 3 meters from where I was being laughed at, lied to and insulted to by the previous employee, who is apparently supposed to be an expert in his department of mobile phones and everything surround mobile phones. I would most definitely not regard this employee as an expert in mobile phones considering the absolutely unprofessional behaviour he had towards me. For those who would like a much more professional and friendly experience, I would instead suggest the electronics store Datart on OC Sestka where the employees are much more polite and helpful, and don’t go out of their way to continuously mock and insult you.

Terrible, never ever, both the arrogant customer service and the after-sales service (from Electroworld in general, not Zlicin only) are horrendous. The picture shows, on the right side, a 22,000kc laptop from Electroworld with NO colors... and no right to complain, even the opposite, completely rude and careless answers (in Slovak).

Even after covid, opened normally and (almost) fully stocked. Also, even though no bussy hours these days, all employees are on the floor, so no problem finding someone if you need any help. Free hand sanitizer with the purchase is very nice too.
