J	Jakub Janulík on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 17.11. večer jsem navštívil tuto prodejnu poprvé a naposledy. Prodejce byl extrémně znuděný a nepříjemný. Když jsem poptával na iJust3 hlavu, komentoval to slovy “Tohle není el. cigareta, ale hračka pro patnáctiletý děcka.”. Když jsem to nijak nekomentoval a požádal o příchuť Heisenberg, komentoval to slovy “FUJ!”. To mi ani zdaleka nepřijde v pohodě. Zanechalo to ve mě velmi nepříjemnou zákaznickou zkušenost. Přihlížím k tomu, že se mi snažil poradit, jaký poměr eliquidu namíchat, nicméně jeho neprofesionální chování a subjektivní negativní komentáře k produktům, co jsem poptával, to neospravedlňuje a nebyly na místě. Sám pracuji s lidmi, ale své subjektivní pohledy nebo osobní problémy do práce netahám. Snad to bude pro pána poučení, jelikož chovat se takhle v prodeji je pro zákazníka nepřijatelné a pro byznys z Vaší strany hřebíček do rakve. 17.11. in the evening I visited this store for the first and last time. The seller was extremely bored and uncomfortable. When I asked for iJust3's head, he commented, "This is not el. cigarette, but a toy for fifteen-year-old children. " When I didn't comment and asked for Heisenberg's flavor, he commented, "FUJ!" That doesn't suit me at all. It left me with a very unpleasant customer experience. I take into account that he tried to advise me on the ratio of eliquide, but its unprofessional behavior and subjective negative comments on the products I asked did not justify it and they were not appropriate. I work with people myself, but I do not bring my subjective views or personal problems to work. Perhaps this will be a lesson for the master, because behaving like this in sales is unacceptable for the customer and for the business on your part, a clove in the coffin.

K	Katka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jela jsem pro cigaretu co měli na e-shopu skladem, v obchodě mi bylo řečeno, že e-shop nepatří k tomuhle obchodu, že je to jiný obchod už. Na stránkách mají ale vyfocený přímo tento obchod takže nechápu.. a jela sem zbytečně. A po telefonu nejsou schopni říct dostupnost na prodejne I went for a cigarette that they had in stock at the e-shop, I was told in the store that the e-shop does not belong to this store, that it is a different store already. But they have photographed this shop directly on the website, so I don't understand ... and she came here unnecessarily. And over the phone they are not able to tell the availability of stores

The lady selling the cigarettes was nice, but they only offer basic models that require you to constantly buy new resistances. The choice was quite limited (don't expect to find the kangertech brand there). Had to pay 15€ for the cheapest vaporizer on offer, I'll buy a new rta online. What would be really nice is to offer some more serious stuffs (rta, diy liquids bases,..) but the market for ecig is still young in czech republic. It's already nice that they have some stores, so that i didn't have to buy real cigarettes :)
