The service is fine ... they can advise and meet everything in everything .... unfortunately, SMS is much more expensive than the surrounding electrical stores.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nejhorsi e-shop jaky jsem kdy zazil. V dobe objednavani bylo vse skladem na mnou vybrane pobocce. Pri kazdem telefonatu museli mou objednavku komplikovane dohledavat a stale mne ubezpecovali, ze ted jiz vse pujde v poradku a kazdou chvili mi prijde vyzva k odberu zbozi na pobocce. Vrcholem bylo, kdyz mi po 7 dnech rekli, ze jeste neco musi doobjednavat v centralnim skladu a nejblizsi termin dodani je za dalsi tyden. S takovouto nekvalitou sluzeb jsem se jiz dlouho nesetkal. Byl to prvni nakup a uz nikdy vice.
The worst e-shop I've ever experienced. At the time of ordering, everything was in stock at my chosen branch. During each call, they had to find my order complicated and kept assuring me that everything would be fine now and every moment I would be invited to pick up the goods at the branch. The highlight was when they told me after 7 days that they still had to order something in the central warehouse and the nearest delivery time is in the next week. I have not encountered such a poor service for a long time. It was the first purchase and never again.
