Týden jsem čekal, poté slíbili do 14ti dnů určitě, ať vydržím mají moc práce, že na 100% později, a po té době jsem jim volal a už mi to nikdo nezvedal, a ani na sms co jsem na mobilní číslo jim psal nereagovali. Takže jsem si zavolal jinému technikovi a ten do tří dnů přijel jak slíbil a nainstaloval. Takže já s touto firmou mám špatnou zkušenost.
I was promised to install a satellite. I waited a week, then promised within 14 days for sure that I can withstand too much work, that 100% later, and after that time I called them and no one picked up, and even the sms I wrote on their mobile number did not respond. So I called another technician and he came within three days as promised and installed. So I have a bad experience with this company.

Skvělý servis za rozumnou cenu. Kvalitní a precizní práce.
Vše dle předchozí domluvy.
Dokonce udělali práci nad rámec domluvy, kterou nám neuctovali (dodatečná izolace střechy po výměně "tašky" pro držák satelitu).
Doporučuji a v budoucnu určitě využijeme znovu.
We had a satellite installed on the roof, several TV distribution and other cabling in the house.
Great service at a reasonable price. Quality and precise work.
All by prior arrangement.
They even did work beyond the agreement they did not worship (additional roof insulation after replacing the "tile" for the satellite holder).
I recommend and in the future we will certainly use again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Špatná zkušenost.Při ukončení služby UPC a vrácení zařízení se záhadně ztratil ovladač,který mi byl následně naučtován samotnou UPC.Takže už nikdy.
Bad experience. Upon exiting UPC and returning the device, mysteriously lost the driver, which was subsequently charged to UPC itself. So never again.
