Můj požadavek na urychlenou dodávku bezchybného zboží se setkal s neochotou, arogancí a nepravdami. Ani oslovení managementu nepomohlo. Smutná zkušenost... P.S. Jednatel firmy se omluvil. Žádal, abych doplnil, že bezvadné zboží bylo dodáno do 14 dnů od prvního pokusu, což činím. Přidávám hvězdičku. I understood the two-month delivery time. Na matracích jsem chtěl původně trochu ušetřit, ale byla mi odborně doporučena matrace Avena a po pár nocích té investice navíc vůbec nelituji. Rychlé dodání, montážníci to vynosí a za pár minut smontují. Termín dodání sice trochu delší, ale termín i hodina montáže dodržena, tak to má být, všem mohu jen doporučit. M	Marie Frydmanova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Postel (Spíme.cz) objednána počátkem listopadu 2021, zaplacena 50% záloha, postel dodána 10. března 2022 U téhož dodavatele zakoupeny matrace (byly skladem), zaplaceny 3. března 2022, dle sdělení firmy nebylo možné zajistit dodání postele a matrací společně v jednom termínu. Matrace DPD dosud (14. 3. 2022) ani na třetí pokus nedoručilo, zákaznice vyčerpala za účelem převzetí zboží 2 dny dovolené. Firma Postelia se do urgencí dopravy nikterak nazapojila, za dopravu dle vyjádření paní z logistiky firma neodpovídá, v rozhovoru přesouvá vinu na zákazníka, který je pro ně až na posledním místě. Nikomu bych tuto neflexibilní, nespolehlivou firmu s neekologickým přístupem k dopravě rozhodně nedoporučila. Jaká je kvalita výrobků zatím nevím, ale současné nepříjemnosti negují jakékoliv možné pozitivní dojmy. Cena vysoká, dodací doba a služby ničemné. Dobrý skutek po zásluze potrestán - chtěla jsem podpořit českého výrobce.... Bed (Spíme.cz) ordered at the beginning of November 2021, paid 50% deposit, bed delivered March 10, 2022 Mattresses purchased from the same supplier (were in stock), paid March 3, 2022, according to the company it was not possible to ensure delivery of bed and mattresses together in one term. The DPD mattress has not yet delivered (March 14, 2022) even on the third attempt, the customer has used up 2 days of holiday in order to take over the goods. The Postelia company is not involved in the urgency of the transport, the company is not responsible for the transport, according to the logistics lady, in the interview it shifts the blame to the customer, who is last for them. I would definitely not recommend this inflexible, unreliable company with a non-ecological approach to transport. I don't know what the quality of the products is yet, but the current inconveniences negate any possible positive impressions. Price high, delivery time and services mean. A good deed is deservedly punished - I wanted to support a Czech manufacturer ....
