★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Byl jsem si zde koupit venkovní světla, s tím, ze si je chci jen zkusit jak budou vypadat v podhledu domu, po ústní domluvě jsem se s majitelem obchodu domluvil, ze bude možné, vracení peněz, pokud mi světla nebudou vyhovovat. Ještě několikrát, jsem se na to ptal, jestli je to vracení peněz možné a bylo mi řečeno, ze ANO je to možné.
Světla jsem šel na druhy den vrátit, majitel zde nebyl. Vysvětlil jsem paní, která byla na prodejně situaci z předešlého dne.
Ta mi řekla, ze mi peníze vrátit nemůže, ze to musí mít schválené od majitele. Zavolala mu, předala mi ho k telefonu a ten mi řekl, ze nic takového neříkal, ze není dojná kráva .
Mimo jiné, až doma jsem si všiml, ze světla nejsou určené na venkovní použití ( což je moje chyba), stupeň krytí byl pouze IP20.
Nakonec jsem si musel vzít asi 50 žárovek, protože jsem si v tom obchodě nic jiného nevybral.
Nejde mi tak ani o ty peníze, spíš jde o to, že majitel je prolhaný lhář!
Obchod bych se měl přejmenovat na ŠM*JD. Celá tahle situace se stala na pobočce v Hodoníně.
Naposledy, co jsem zde byl něco koupit a budu dal NEDOPORUČOVAT.

The lights went on the second day to return, the owner was not here. I explained to the lady who was in the shop the situation of the previous day.
She told me that I could not return the money, it must be approved by the owner. She called him, handed it to me on the phone and he told me he did not say anything like that is not a cash cow.
Among other things, at home I noticed that the lights are not intended for outdoor use (which is my fault), the degree of protection was only IP20.
Finally I had to take about 50 bulbs, because I'm in the store did not choose anything else.
I am not so neither the money, but rather the point is that the owner is a lying liar!
I should rename the store to SM * JD. The whole situation happened at the branch in Hodonín.
Last time I was here to buy something and I gave discouraged.
