★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Není možno se na pobočku dovolat. Stále vypnutý telefon. Na vyřízení objednávky jedné náhradní žhavicí hlavy potřebují více než týden. Potvrzovací sms nebo e-mail nikde. Při minulé osobní návštěvě vše v pořádku. Bohužel on-line komunikace nulová.
