Although I eventually bought the bike elsewhere, I was very sorry, because they have a really friendly approach and every time I stop there, they help.
L	Lukáš Lahodný on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poprvé a naposledy v životě jsem si dal kolo do servisu.. Chtěl jsem si být jist, že kolo bude v pořádku po přepravě ze zahraničí, tak jsem se si chtěl být jist. Nejenže mě bylo doporučeno nesmyslné vyměnění lanek a řetězu atd 1 roku a půl v provozu. Nevím co vlastně vůbec na kole paní inženýři dělali, když mi ho potom vrátili ve stavu, že zadní kolo jsem měl pořád vyosene a proto jsem ho tam vlastně i dával. Prostě nechápu, co tedy vlastně týden na tom dělali. Nakonec mi pomohl pan z Helia Sportu. Tak tedy na závěr poprvé a naposled a nikdy více. Cca ta sranda mě stála přes 2000,-. Takže tento servis za mě určitě ne! For the first and last time in my life, I put the bike in service. I wanted to be sure that the bike would be fine after transport from abroad, so I wanted to be sure. Not only was I advised to pointlessly replace the cables and chain, etc. for 1 year and a half in operation. I don't know what the engineers did on the bike at all, when they returned it to me in the condition that I still had the rear wheel offset, and that's why I actually put it there. I just don't understand what they were doing for a week. In the end, Mr. Helia Sport helped me. So in the end for the first and last time and never again. About the fun cost me over 2000, -. So definitely not this service for me!

Mám rád jejich férový osobní přístup a ikdyž mám na kole velký problém, vždy mi ho rychle a kvalitně opraví. Můžu jen doporučit. ? Super shop and service, I drive 100km to them and I never thought if it would pay off. I like their fair personal approach and even though I have a big problem with my bike, they always fix it for me quickly and efficiently. I can only recommend. ?

J	John Hyland on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff were so helpful. We cycled from Berlin to Prague. Euro Bike Praha was the only bike shop that had bike boxes to pack bikes. They also packed the bikes for us for a very reasonable price. Packing was very professional, bikes arrived safe. The shop is also right next to the Kolinsky stop on the Line C (red) Metro. Again, great service.
