★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Máme v opravně iPhone 7 plus a čekáme na něj už skoro 3 měsíce, volali jsme tam a oni nás poslali do Benešova a z Benešova zase zpátky do Prahy a z Prahy jsme volali nějaké e paní která nám řekla že nám to už poslali, ale nepřišlo to, tak jsme tam volali znovu po týdnu a zvedla to nějaká paní která řekla že se čeká ještě na pojišťovnu, takže teď budeme ještě čekat měsíc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TV na opravu kvůli tomu, že odešel obraz. Byla tam tři týdny. Po třech týdnech nám ji poslali zpět - ovšem bez kabelu a ovladače. Po telefonátu do firmy nám nějaká pani řekla, že nám obojí "ihned, určitě ještě dnes" pošle poštou (to byl čtvrtek). To její "ihned, určitě ještě dnes" bylo až za pět dní. Oni na té poště na ten balíček, když ho podáváte, napíší datum, víme, pani?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hrůza! Kdybych mohla dát minus, tak dám. Oprava telefonu, na dvakrát a ještě se poprvé technik straaaasne divil, že telefon nefunguje, že ho zkoušel. Leda kulový. Podruhé vrácen tak umatlany od lepidla, že mi bylo do breku. Takže nee, tento servis již nikdy více.
