Potřebuji nový jack a jeho montáž / přiletování na 14 dní stará herní sluchátka (domácí mazlíček ukousl kabel hned u jacku). Osobně se dostavím do provozovny ve čtvrtek s dotazem, zda lze opravu realizovat - údajně bez problémů. Dohodneme se, že v pondělí to bude a zavolají mi. Když nikdo nevolá, v úterý tam zajedu osobně - „omlouváme se, my na to zapomněli, stavte se odpoledne“. Doma zjistím, že mikrofon nefunguje. Opětovná návštěva servisu, kde se dozvídám - „je to udělané dobře, nevím, proč to nefunguje, přeměříme jack, a hele, von je o kousek slabší, no ale já stejně jiný nemám, takže s tím nic neudělám…“ Nechci se rozčilovat, oželím necelé 2 stovky za opravu/neopravu a jdu hledat skutečný servis. Sem už nikdy! I choose the service for positive reviews and the desire to support local small businesses. And now I'm sorry! I need a new jack and its assembly / soldering on 14 day old gaming headphones (a pet bit the cable right next to the jack). I will arrive in person at the establishment on Thursday, asking if the repair can be carried out - allegedly without any problems. We'll agree it will be on Monday and they'll call me. If no one is calling, I will go there in person on Tuesday - "sorry, we forgot, stop by in the afternoon". At home, I find out that the microphone doesn't work. Visiting the service again, where I find out - "it's done well, I don't know why it doesn't work, we measure the jack, and look, it's a little weaker outside, but I don't have another anyway, so I won't do anything about it." I don't want to get upset, I'm sorry for less than 2 hundred for a repair / non-repair and I'm going to look for real service. Here again!

Prakticky tam vždy jdu už s tím, že budu odmítnut. I'm not so sure of professionalism, I've been rejected several times, today with a power bank, on which there is only one "cockroach" and microscopic resistors, it is said that there is no diagram, a battery hair dryer also needs a diagram, because there is supposedly a posistor, a schematic is also needed because there is one transistor and capacitors. I practically always go there with the proviso that I will be rejected.
