Poprvé se téměř dva měsíce nic nedělo neodpovídali ani na mé dotazy zda zdroj do firmy přišel.Pak zavolali, že potřebují ke zdroji kabely. poslal jsem je a následně mi oznámili, že je tam zkrat a že zdoj neopraví. 3x poštovné - 600Kč Podruhé jsem poslal jiný porouchaný zdroj s jejich příslibem včasné opravy. Asi po měsíci zavolal jakýsi odborník, že oprava bude složitá, protože je to složitý přístroj a chyba může být kdekoli. A kolik, že do opravy chci investovat. Řekl jsem, aby zdroj prohlédli a určili přibližnou cenu, tak jako to dělají v jiných firmách. Několikrát mi bylo zopakováno, že tak to nefunguje, cenu, že musím určit já, aby věděli zda se do opravy mají pustit. nakonec ze mne expert vymámil, že odhaduji cenu opravy na 2000Kč a následně do 15 min mi přišlo oznámení, že zdroj se jim nepodařilo opravit. Zdroj zašlou PPL na dobírku. Poštovné celkem 400Kč. DŮRAZNĚ VARUJI PŘED TOUTO FIRMOU. UŽ NIKDY VÍCE. PROSÍM, VYVARUJTE SE SE COKOLI SI ZDE NECHAT OPRAVIT. A pozor zdá se že se v odpovědích umí dobře vykroutit a ze zákazníka udělají blbce. DNES JE 5.9.2021 Tak odpověď jsem četl Firma lže a spojuje události tak, aby z toho vyšla čistá. Jsou opravdu neskuteční. DŮRAZNĚ NEDOPORUČUJI. I had two sources repaired in this company. For the first time in almost two months, nothing happened, they didn't even answer my questions about whether the power supply came to the company. Then they called out that they needed cables for the power supply. I sent them and then they informed me that there was a short circuit and that it would not fix the source. 3x postage - 600CZK For the second time, I sent another broken source with their promise of timely repairs. After about a month, an expert called to say that the repair would be complicated, because it was a complicated device and the error could be anywhere. And how much I want to invest in repairs. I told them to look at the source and determine the approximate price, as they do in other companies. I was told several times that this was not working, the price that I had to determine if they knew if they should start the repair. In the end, the expert got rid of me that I estimated the price of the repair at CZK 2,000, and then within 15 minutes I received a notification that the source had not been repaired. The source will send PPL cash on delivery. Postage total 400CZK. I STRONGLY WARNING TO THIS COMPANY. NEVERMORE. PLEASE AVOID ANYTHING TO BE CORRECTED HERE. And beware, they seem to be able to twist well in the answers and make the customer a jerk. TODAY IS 5.9.2021 So I read the answer. The company lies and connects events so that it comes out clean. They are really unreal. I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Za sebe mohu doporučit The repair went well, the work was done at a very reasonable price, ready the next day (it was a smaller device). I can recommend for myself
M	Martin Voráček on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Opravena TV Philips, která přesně odešla po 3 měsících po záruce.TV za 19 500kč jsem nemusel vyhodit, ale byla opravena profesionály z I.T.R.A. za zlomek z původní nákupní ceny TV. Čekací doba byla sice dlouhá, (čekal jsem 2 měsíce) ale to vůbec nehraje roli! Díky! ? Philips TV repaired, which left exactly 3 months after the warranty. I didn't have to throw away the TV for CZK 19,500, but it was repaired by a professional from I.T.R.A. for a fraction of the original TV purchase price. The waiting time was long (I waited 2 months) but it doesn't matter at all! Thanks! ?
