★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mình gọi điện chục lần mới có nhân viên bắt máy.
Mình đã rất lịch sự hỏi nhanh, đi thẳng vấn đề là LOẠI GIẤY TỜ CẦN GIẢI QUYẾT và CÓ ĐÚNG NHỮNG GIẤY TỜ đó không vì trên trang chủ của ĐSQ ko có liệt kê.
Nhưng nhân viên bắt máy, chưa chào hỏi gì thì đã nói: "Ừ, em hỏi nhanh đi, anh có nhiều việc lắm".
Mình hỏi chưa xong thì đã bị nhân viên nhanh tay cúp máy với lý do trên. Trong khi đoạn hội thoại của mình với anh nhân viên chưa đầy 1 phút.
Mình thực sự rất thất vọng với cách làm việc của Cơ quan Đại diện VN ở Séc.
 I called dozens of times before the staff picked up the phone.
I very politely asked quickly, straight to the point is TYPE OF PAPERS TO RESOLVE and HAVE THERE'S CORRECT PAPERS because there is no list on the embassy's homepage.
But the staff picked up the phone, didn't say hello, but said: "Yes, ask quickly, I have a lot of work".
I did not finish the question, but the staff quickly hung up the phone with the above reason. While my conversation with the employee was less than 1 minute.
I am really disappointed with the way the Vietnam Representative Office in the Czech Republic works.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They dont replay to e-mails. They dont answer the phone and when the finally did they gave me another number to call and ask about my visa which didnt pick up at all. Their website is a joke. Its the worst embassy ever to the limit I decided not to go to Vietnam and go somewhere else. Such a shame

The website doesn't contain sufficient information, so you need to call them.
I called the embassy to ask about visa requirements and the woman on the phone was rude and irritated but she gave me a direct number and email to the visa department. I tried calling them many times throughout the day for two days with no answer!
