E	Ervik Cervik on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Byli jsme nuceni využít místní Zdravotnickou záchranou službu s řeznou ránou na noze. Úraz se nám stal bohužel na dovolené, hledali jsme tedy první pomoc. Lékař, dá - li se to tak říct, sotva co nás viděl mezi dveřmi, nám sdelil, že oni s tim nic neudělají a že musíme na rentgen do nemocnice do Valašského Meziříčí. Bylo totiž 5 minut před zavírací dobou... po mé námitce, že jde o hlubokou řeznou ránu, která dost krvácí rentgen asi nepomůže ,jsem dostala stejnou odpověď... tim nic neuděláme... aniž by se zvedl ze židle a na úraz se aspoň podíval. Po mé výzvě, že by se mohl na nohu aspoň podívat, se sestra chopila své práce, zhodnotila že je rána na šití a že opravdu musíme do nemocnice. Jeli jsme tedy do zmíněné nemocnice a tam se nás ujal velmi vstřícný a laskavý personál včetně příjemného pana doktora. Co dodat? Po šokujícím zážitku si uvědomíte, že ne každý, kdo nosí bílý plášť je ochoten vám pomoci...i když na to kdysi přísahal..... The doctor, if we could say so, as soon as he saw us through the door, told us that they would not do anything about it and that we had to do an X - ray to the hospital in Valašské Meziříčí. It was 5 minutes before closing time ... after my objection that it was a deep cut that wouldn't help the bleeding X-ray, I got the same answer ... we won't do anything ... without getting off the chair and getting hurt at least he looked. After my challenge to at least look at her leg, the nurse took up her job, assessed that it was a sewing wound and that we really had to go to the hospital. So we went to the hospital and we were welcomed by very helpful and kind staff, including a pleasant doctor. What to add? After a shocking experience, you realize that not everyone who wears a white coat is willing to help you ... even though he once swore to it .....
H	Honza & Marek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Také jsme byli nuceni využít prvni pomoc tohoto kraje. Na dovolené se jednomu z rodinných příslušniků udělalo nevolno a omdlel. Paní dispečerka která mi zvedla telefón mi akorát řekla že tohle bude na převoz do Nemocnice nic víc jsem od ní neslyšel žádný postup co mám dělat. Nebyla mi ani schopna říct za jak dlouho tu sanitka bude. Po půl hodině mě čekání přestávalo bavit a znovu jsem vytočil 155 s tím že mi ta samá paní dispečerka řekla že má všechny auta vyjete a že nejdříve tam sanitka bude za dvacet minut. Po hodině a snad několika minutach přijela sanitka s doktorkou, která hned avizovala že se jede do nemocnice ... Podle mě je hodina čekání na sanitku dosti dlouhá doba a nedej bože kdyby šlo o život.. We were also forced to use the first aid of this region. After an hour and maybe a few minutes, an ambulance arrived with a doctor, who immediately announced that she was going to the hospital ... In my opinion, an hour of waiting for an ambulance is quite a long time and God forbid if it was about life.

Úžasná, milá, vstřícná paní doktorka i sestřička, spokojenost, mohu jen doporučit ??? I admit that after reading the reviews I was afraid to visit the emergency room. I'm visiting my son here, looking after my grandchildren. I grinned my toe. Wonderful, kind, helpful doctor and nurse, satisfaction, I can only recommend ???
