m	moneta Smreckova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bohužel jsem se společností velmi nespokojena. Když nám občas vypadla TV, tak jsme to nijak neřešili to se občas stane. Potom po měsíci co přetáčíme TV, nám to přestane fungovat a paní na telefonu nám řekne, že přetáčení si musíme připlatit. Přitom při sepisování jsme byli domluvení na přetáčení TV, ale opět jsme to moc neřešili. Nějakých pár korun navíc nás nezabije. Bohužel, při dalším zdražování už chceme smlouvu ukončit a tady nastal opět problém. Po obdržení e-mailu volám na telefonní číslo abych se domluvila, jak mám smlouvu vypovědět a paní mi řekne, abych poslala výpověď. Tak se ptám jestli stačí strojově mailem, nebo je potřeba podpis a máme to naskenovat a pokud je potřeba podpis, tak jestli musí být ověřený. Tak se domluvíme, že stačí sken a neověřený podpis. Domluvíme se, abychom to neposílala na centrální e-mail, ale na její osobní, že už bude vědět a e-mail mi pošle v sms. Výborně dozvěděla jsme se co jsem potřebovala a jsem velmi spokojena, že to bylo takhle rychle vyřízeno a paní byla moc milá a kontakt mi poslala. Tak partner pošle oskenovanou výpověď s podpisem a najednou odpověď, že musíme výpověď poslat poštou, když volám opět na linku vezme to nějaký pán, že opravdu jenom poštou a že to předá paní, která to řešila. Ta už se neozvala. Tak volám znovu a opět jenom poštou nijak jinak a že nikdo neříkal nic o e-mailu. Opravdu nemám ráda, když ze mě někdo dělá blbce. Kdyby aspoň někdo přiznal, že se někdo spletl, že je to potřeba poslat poštou. Ale tento přístup mi přijde opravdu neprofesionální, když poprosím o poslání adresy na e-mail, nebo sms. Tak mi řeknou, abych si to našla na internetu. Děkuji za vstřícnost a ochodu. Posílám výpověď doporučeně a děkuji za ztracený čas s Vaší společností. So the partner sends a scanned notice with a signature and suddenly the answer that we have to send the notice by mail, when I call the line again, it takes a gentleman, that really only by mail and that it is passed on by the lady who handled it. She didn't call again. So I call again and again just by mail in no other way and that no one said anything about the e-mail. I really don't like being made a fool of me. If only someone would admit that someone was wrong, it needed to be mailed. But this approach strikes me as really unprofessional when I ask to send an address by email or sms.
