★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Přešel jsem na NovouMoravu před třemi lety - do té doby jsem využíval zoufale drahé a pomalé O2. Ceny a rychlost bez problémů. Rychlost je v průměru cca o 3Mbit víc než je udávaný tarif (standard). Upload bezkonkurenční. Montáž proběhla rychle a dle domluvy. Občas jsou výpadky (cca 1-2x do měsíce) vždy vyřešeno v rámci pár hodin. Jednou za celou dobu byl výpadek větší (výpadek centrály po bouřce), ale komunikace s technikem po telefonu bez problémů, což velice oceňuji.
I switched to NováMorava three years ago - until then I had been using desperately expensive and slow O2. Prices and speed without problems. The speed is on average about 3Mbit more than the specified tariff (standard). Upload unbeatable. Assembly was carried out quickly and as agreed. Occasionally, outages (about 1-2 times a month) are always resolved within a few hours. Once in a while the outage was bigger (the outage of the headquarters after the storm), but communication with the technician over the phone without problems, which I greatly appreciate.
