P	Pavel Konečný on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ E-shop nedoporučuji, špatné zkušenosti. Po objednání došlo špatné zboží, po výměně zboží mi přišel rozbalený kus. Zboží mi nevyhovovalo tak jsem zboží vrátil v 14 denní lhůtě k odstoupení od smlouvy. Asi po měsíci mi došel mail že mi bude stržena částka 200 Kč z kupní ceny kvůli "Náklady spojené s vrácením zboží". Prodejce jsem kontaktoval ale bohužel byl arogantní a vyhrožoval že mi nechá vyčíslit náklady větší. E-shop do not recommend, bad experience. After ordering the wrong goods, after the exchange of goods came to me unpacked piece. The goods did not suit me so I returned the goods within 14 days to withdraw from the contract. After about a month I received an e-mail saying that I would be charged 200 CZK from the purchase price due to the "Return costs". Unfortunately, I contacted the seller but was arrogant and threatened to let me quantify the greater costs.
M	Miloš Zimmermann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Obchod nemohu doporučit. Objednal jsem si 22 kusů třmenů tvaru U a délky 90mm. Tato délka byla i zakótována na obrázku. Přišly mi však třmeny jiného tvaru (nikoliv tvar U, ale s nosem) a navíc délka je o 5 mm kratší. Pro moji aplikaci je tak třmen kratší, než potřebuji. Abych byl přesný, poslali 3 ks tvaru U a 19 kusů s nosem; Všechny však o 5 mm kratší. Prodejce konstatoval, ze za to může špatné naskladnění dodavatelem. Navrhli mi výměnu za jiné, delší třmeny (jiné objednací č.), ale opět s nosem. Jenže, opět se stalo, že jejich informace na eshopu byly zavádějící, tedy, byl tam na obrázku jak třmen s dlouhým závitem, tak i s krátkým. Na dotaz který mají skutečný, odpověděli, že ten s kratším závitem. Na další dotaz, zda ale nebude problém s montáží na 50mm už mi prodejce neodpověděl a ani na dotaz, zda zařídí/zaplatí dopravu za vrácení třmenů které mi zaslali a které neodpovídali specifikaci, resp. tomu, co jsem objednal. Komunikace se tedy zadrhla a já se rozhodl už s nimi další kolo neabsolvovat. Odmítl jsem výměnu s ohledem na uvedené. A nyní po mně chtějí zaplatit dopravu za vrácení zboží, které mi zaslali - tedy za zboží, které neodpovídá parametrům, které deklarovali na svém eshopu. A tvrdí, že to vracím bez udání důvodu, což je nehorázná lež, já důvod uvedl, opakovaně a celé je to způsobené jejich chybou. Nemohu takového prodejce doporučit. Zkomplikoval mi svoji celou situaci s montáží a navíc mi způsobil vícenáklady. Teď tu čtu ty recenze a koukám, že )plně stejná zkušenost :-(. Naletěli jsme. Je potřeba recenze číst před objednáním a ne až když nastane problém. Je na webu spousta dalších prodejců, kteří se chovají fair. I can't recommend the store. When asked what they have real, they answered the one with the shorter thread. The seller did not answer my question on the question of whether there will be a problem with the 50mm assembly, nor on the question of whether he will arrange / pay for the return of the calipers they sent me and which did not meet the specifications, resp. to what I ordered. So the communication stalled and I decided not to complete the next round with them. I refused the exchange in view of the above. And now they want me to pay for the return of the goods they sent me - that is, for goods that do not meet the parameters they declared on their e-shop. And they claim that I return it without giving a reason, which is a blatant lie, I have stated the reason, repeatedly and it is all due to their mistake. I can't recommend such a seller. It complicated my whole assembly situation and, in addition, caused me additional costs. Now I read the reviews here and I see that) the very same experience :-(.
