 Great apartment, unfortunately no capsule machine (as announced). Good balcony. Centrally located.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben uns über den genannten Anbieter eine Wohnung mitten in Prag gemietet. Die Buchung klappte im Vorfeld problemlos. Sonderwünsche wurden berücksichtigt und Absprechen eingehalten. Die Kommunikation klappte 1a und auch vor Ort war alles in Ordnung. Die Übergabe wurde durch einen ‚Studenten‘ durchgeführt der und vor Ort auch noch Sightseeing Tipps gegeben hat. Ich kann den Anbieter und das Apartment an der Adresse mehr als empfehlen.
We rented an apartment in the middle of Prague through the named provider. The booking went smoothly in advance. Special requests were taken into account and agreed. The communication worked 1a and everything was fine on site. The handover was carried out by a 'student' who also gave sightseeing tips on site. I can recommend the provider and the apartment at the address more than.

On our first day, found kitchen floor to be slightly dirty. Also kitchen not stocked properly- no oven gloves, no small chopping knives, no toaster, no hand towel and microwave built a bit too high - which made taking out hot dishes a bit tricky. Couldn't find manual to work out the hob - which was slightly annoying - however worked it out later.
Bathroom floors are black and white marbles - very very slippery and no shelves to hold toiletries. No bins in either of the two bathrooms - which made it slightly inconvenient! One toilet only. Wifi free but very weak in some parts of the appt. Also no english tv channels. Luckily we had amazon prime to keep the kids occupied in the evenings.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you Want to go to Prague, this is the place you have to stay. Luxurious apartments in the center of the city (less than 5 minutes by foot). Designed with really good taste !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing view, jacuzzi, lot of space, the apartment it self is really beautiful. But impossible to sleep in the 2 rooms without blindings and also the noise from Dlouhá street even at 4am was unbearable! The flat could be definitely cleaner.

Was given a 2nd warning for noise when it was infact the apartment opposite . We were sleeping. When I explained this the next day to prove it was from us they did not even apologise or respond. 1st night police came and demanded we pay 3000 for noise when there wasn't any. They intimidated us so much until we had to pay.
No towel change after day 3 despite mentioning this in the add and inside the apartment printed material.
Air conditioning in master bedroom is faulty. It went off by itself at 3am for 2 nights in a row and maintenance blames me for changing the setting to heating. I set it to cool and never touched the remote again.
Furniture in apartment is over the top. Therapy chairs, candlestick holders without candles, wall radiators positioned the wrong way so you cannot hang anything on them. Very pretentious.
No one to check us in. Ivana the manager was rude and usually just didn't reply when told how we felt.
200 euros a night is way too much money to pay for this
