D	DJ Taina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst place I have ever stayed in my life. When you get there they're very nice to you, but after you go to the apartment, things go downhill. To get to the appartment, you need to go through a strange bar that is very disgusting and dirty. Went back to the office to complain they were extremely rude. Pictures DO NOT correspond to the appartment at all. Do not waste you money.

When the lease was up, they kept most of the deposit and justified it saying I damaged the place, but the problem is they gave me the apartment in an already poor state (shower floor scrapped, broken bed, stains on the walls, etc). They even charged 100 USD for a "final cleaning" when I returned the place cleaner than when i received it. Scammers.
Z	Zoutvat on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not go here. Yes, the location is good and the prices are low. But they take away huge amounts of your deposit. Others had the same problem, they claim that something is broken (very minor, like a door handle) and then charge you €150 for it (which is on the deposit). Also, the apartment you get is radically different then the one you see on the pictures. Pure scam place.

Two days before my flight, they cancelled my booking because my payment information was incorrect without giving me an opportunity to update the payment info. I called them to ask if I could reschedule and they told to go and try to make a new booking on their website. They were unhelpful.
V	Vishal Hatmode on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apartment shown in picture and what we got is different. upon entering into apartment I had complain reception as there are many problems in apartment. They sent sorry message and said there is no one to help. 1 day after check out they charged 150 euros without informing me in addition to 100 euro they took as deposit stating the same problem which we mentioned on check in and putting all blame on us. They said, we took out bathroom shower screw. Who will go on vacation to take out bathroom screw from hotel apartment. If you want to get robbed then go for this apartment.

Being a card that I use for internet payments, it didn't have any amount on it. This morning I have added money on the account and updated the credit card. In 20 minutes after this, they simply cancelled the booking. No reason given. I called them, they talked to the manager, and the response I got is that they can't do anything since it was cancelled. Extremely bad customer experience.
A	Anela B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing place! Perfectly located right in the city center so the most important places were easily accessible. The apartment was large, spacious and super clean! When I come back to Prague I am definitely staying with them again!

First of all, they didn't manage to give us too much useful information regarding the parking options available nearby. Most of all, they gave us the wrong keys to an apartment which was 10 minutes away from the reception. We tried to call them, but they couldn't understand or think of a solution, so we had to walk with our luggage twice that distance in order to get the right keys. Not to mention that we were on a tight schedule and their mistake wasted a lot of our time. Otherwise the room was clean and very well equipped.
