★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dům je na tomto místě doložen písemně od roku 1649. V roce 1797 objekt zakoupil Šebestián František Vencl a zřídil zde továrnu na zpracování bavlny. Patrně z této doby pochází empírová podoba domu s nápisem ,,Labore et Favore"(prací a přízní) a bohatě zdobeným tympanonem.

The house has been documented in this place since 1649. In 1797 the building was bought by Šebestián František Vencl and established a factory for processing cotton. Probably from this period comes the Empire style house with the inscription "Labore et Favore" (work and favor) and richly decorated tympanum.
