Na dispečingu sice příjemná obsluha, ale slibovat 30-35 minut abych čekal 40 a vy jste mi potvrdili za 10 a po 10 dostanu hovor od řidiče, že během 7 minut bude možné teprve odjet.. kdybych šel pěšky, ušetřím nervy i čas.
Přeji kvalitnější služby.
Unfortunately, a bad experience,
Pleasant service at the dispatcher, but promise 30-35 minutes to wait 40 and you confirmed to me in 10 and after 10 I will get a call from the driver that in 7 minutes it will be possible to leave .. if I walk, I will save nerves and time.
I wish for better services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 40min čekání a po urgenci prý ještě 30min. Ve všední den,žádný víkend kdy fungují bary. Více lidí,stejná zkušenost.
40 minutes of waiting and after the urgency another 30 minutes. On weekdays, no weekends when the bars are open. More people, same experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jed taxíkem, povídat si s kamarádkou a druhý den slyšet od svého učitele češtiny co jste si v taxíku povídali mi přijde dost neprofesionální.
Je to porušování soukromí a diskrétnosti. Nebýt této slečny,tak jsem s tímto taxi spokojená,ale platit pálku za taxi s tím, že někdo někde vykládá co si s kým povídáte je opravdu nehoráznost.
Taking a taxi, talking to a friend and hearing from your Czech teacher the next day what you were talking about in the taxi seems quite unprofessional to me.
It is a violation of privacy and discretion. If it weren't for this girl, I'm happy with this taxi, but paying a bat for a taxi with someone outlining what you're talking to is really outrageous.
