★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Naše zkušenost s touto firmou je otřesná. Nulový zákaznický servis, neochota vyřídit reklamaci na nové vozidlo, které po pár týdnech (!) přestalo fungovat. Jediné, čeho jsme docílili, bylo, že pracovníci slíbili, že budou záležitost řešit, následně se dlouhé týdny - až měsíce! - nic nedělo. Asi proto, aby vypršela záruka na baterii...?! Museli jsme firmu opakovaně "uhánět", aby se této záležitosti někdo začal věnoval. Od této firmy už nikdy v budoucnu nic nezakoupíme. Zjevný model "shrábnout prachy a ať už se zákazník neukazuje" opravdu naše společnost podporovat nebude. Konkurenční prostředí je naštěstí široké, takže příště jinam. Jediné štěstí, že jsme koupili nepojízdnou "mašinu" jen za 30 tisíc, a ne za 3 miliony...
Our experience with this company is appalling. Zero customer service, unwillingness to deal with a new vehicle that has stopped working after a few weeks (!). The only thing we achieved was that the workers promised to deal with the matter, and then for weeks to months! - There was nothing. Probably to expire the battery warranty ...?! We had to "rush" the company repeatedly to start dealing with this issue. We will never buy anything from this company again in the future. The obvious model of "grabbing money and not showing the customer" will not really support our company. Fortunately, the competitive environment is wide, so elsewhere. The only happiness that we have bought an immobile "machine" for only 30 thousand, not 3 million ...

Hello. I am not satisfied with this company, because I bought an el. quad bike for 1890 € .and they treat me like I bought a liter of milk. Mr. Berka, in charge of contact with the customer, is an unpleasant arrogant non-trader.
