Nice room, the fact that it was no luxury, nice views and nice cleaners, great satisfaction. It's a pity that the restaurant doesn't work there.
J	Jitka Dujsíková on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Plně hrazený pobyt pojišťovnou, hotelový dům situovaný přímo u kolonády - veliký dvoulůžkový pokoj, studený i v létě, s koupelnou a vanou, fénem, telefon, TV, WI-FI, barovou ledničkou a trezůrkem přišroubovaným v jedné skříni. Druhý spolubydlící bohužel “ostrouhá”. Je zde zcela volný pohyb, na recepci v Pacifiku dostanete klíče od pokoje i vchodu hoteláku. Zde recepce a jiný personál nefunguje. 7 dní v týdnu pracují pouze 2 pokojské - velice milé a ochotné dámy, veliká Chvála. Za příplatek jednolůžák - docela horor za 5500,- pokojíček v 1.poschodí, na rozpažení, ručník celé 3 neděle neuschne ( štěstí že skvělé pokojské vždy vymění za suchý), dveře do pokojíku vysazené, nešly by otevřít, z chodby je výrazně cítit moč. Pokojíček za všechny prachy! Za stravou se dochází asi 5 minut do Pacifiku, procedury přes kolonádu do Centrálních Lázní. Také asi 5 minut svižné chůze. Pro nenáročné a přizpůsobivé ideální ubytování bez doplatku. Je zde výtah. Fully paid stay by insurance company, hotel house situated directly at the colonnade - large double room, cold even in summer, with bathroom and bathtub, hairdryer, telephone, TV, WI-FI, bar fridge and safe screwed in one closet. Unfortunately, the second roommate is "sharp". There is complete free movement, at the reception in the Pacific you will receive the keys to the room and the entrance to the hotel. The reception and other staff do not work here. Only 2 maids work 7 days a week - very nice and helpful ladies, great Praise. For an extra charge single bed - quite a horror for 5500, - room on the 1st floor, to spread out, the towel will not dry for the whole 3 Sundays (lucky that the great maids always exchange for dry), the door to the room planted, could not be opened . Room for all the money! The diet takes about 5 minutes to the Pacific, colonnade treatments to Central Spa. Also about 5 minutes brisk walk. Ideal accommodation for an unpretentious and adaptable no charge. There is an elevator.

F	Frank Schönemann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positiv: Essen ist wirklich lecker, der Pool ist schön, Zimmer sind OK und sauber. Negativ: ein extrem negativer Punkt ist das die Parkplätze pro Tag bezahlt werden müssen. Es gibt keine kostenfreien Parkplätze. Ein noch viel schlimmere Punkt ( für uns und auch das andere Paar was zu uns gesetzt wurde) ist die Doppelbelegung von Tischen, wäre der Tisch groß genug OK kann man drüber hinweg sehen aber sind sie nicht. Und dann macht auch alles mit Maske tragen keinen Sinn. Wie oben schon gesagt Essen ist wirklich lecker jedoch wäre es noch besser wenn es warm wäre hier sollte man sich was einfallen lassen. Ansonsten zum Essen kleine Auswahl aber es reicht. Mein sehr großes Problem zum Frühstück ist der Kaffee gewesen bzw das Wasser in Form eines Kaffee ähnlichen Getränkes. Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter lässt auch sehr zu wünschen über dies fängt an der Rezeption an und zieht sich durch bis zum Bademeister im Spa Bereich. Planung der Anwendungen war in unseren Fall sehr suboptimal und auch hier kam die nicht wirkliche freundliche Art der Mitarbeiter zu Tage bei der Frage ob eine umplanung möglich wäre. Was natürlich nicht ging. Im großen und ganzen haben wir uns mehr erhofft durch die Erfahrungen anderen Hotels als wir bekommen haben. Dieses Hotel werden wir nicht mehr buchen. Positive: Food is really delicious, pool is nice, rooms are OK and clean. Negative: an extremely negative point is that the parking spaces have to be paid per day. There is no free parking. A much worse point (for us and also the other couple that was seated with us) is the double occupancy of tables, if the table was big enough you can see it OK but they are not. And then everything with wearing a mask makes no sense. As mentioned above, the food is really delicious, but it would be even better if it were warm. You should come up with something here. Apart from that, there was a small selection for food, but it was enough. My very big problem at breakfast was the coffee or the water in the form of a coffee-like beverage. The friendliness of the staff leaves a lot to be desired, starting at the reception and continuing through to the lifeguard in the spa area. In our case, the planning of the applications was very sub-optimal and here, too, the not really friendly nature of the employees came to light when we asked whether rescheduling would be possible. Which of course didn't work. All in all we expected more from the experiences of other hotels than we got. We will not book this hotel again.

The staff was friendly, rooms were spacious and clean (though the style was a bit 90s and there was no kettle or slippers despite this being a spa hotel), the pool was amazing (warm and kids friendly), as a bonus the hotel accepts dogs. A star down for absolutely terrible food quality and small selection.
